اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر ایمنی شناورهای مسافری در مسیر خط کشتیرانی بوشهر- قطر با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس

خط کشتیرانی مسافری دریایی بوشهر- قطر در سال 1398 دایر شده است. با توجه به تازه بودن فعالیت این خط، لازم است تا عواملی که بر ایمنی شناورهای مسافری موثر هستند، شناسایی و اولویت بندی شوند تا از وقوع سوانح دریایی برای این مسیر دریایی جلوگیری به عمل آید. این تحقیق از بعد هدف، توسعه­ای و از بعد روش تحقیق، پیمایشی است. با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه­ای، 15 عامل موثر بر ایمنی شناورهای مسافری شناسایی و در قالب پرسشنامه طراحی پرسشنامه و توسط 10 نفر از کارشناسان ایمنی دریایی اداره کل بنادر و دریانوردی استان بوشهر پاسخ داده شدند. از تکنیک تاپسیس برای رتبه بندی عوامل استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که نیروی انسانی مهمترین و ساختمان کشتی کم اهمیت ترین عامل بر ایمنی شناورهای مسافری در مسیر خط کشتیرانی مسافری دریایی بوشهر- قطر می باشد.

prioritizing factors influencing the safety of passenger vessels in bushehr-qatar shipping route using topsis technique

the bushehr-qatar cruise line was established in 1398. given the recent activity of this route, it is necessary to identify and prioritize the factors that affect the safety of passenger's vessels to prevent the occurrence of maritime accidents on this route. this research is an extension nature in terms of the objective and a survey method in methodology. using library resources, 15 factors affecting the safety of passenger's vessels were identified and design questionnaire and answered the questionnaire by 10 maritime safety experts in bushehr provincial port authority. the topsis technique is used to rank factors. the research findings show that human resource is the most important and ship building is the least important factor in the safety of the voyage in bushehr-qatar shipping line.
