بررسی عوامل موثر بر هوشمند سازی ترمینال کانتینری بندر خرمشهر و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر با استفاده از روش پرومتی

این مقاله به بررسی هوشمند سازی ترمینال کانتینری بندر خرمشهر پرداخته. مهم ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮای ﻳﻚ ﺗﺮﻣﻴﻨﺎل ﻛﺎﻧﺘﻴﻨﺮی اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ راﻧﺪﻣﺎن آن و ﻳﺎ در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺧﺎص ﻛﺎﻫﺶ زﻣﺎن ﺗﻮﻗﻒ ﻛﺸﺘﻲ ﻫﺎ می باشد. هدف کلی این تحقیق شناسایی کاراترین تکنولوژی هوشمند در ترمینال کانتینری بندر خرمشهر است که نهایتا می تواند منجر به توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی بندر و منطقه گردد. این تحقیق از لحاظ پرداختن به موضوع در بخش بندری و دریایی، یک تحقیق کاربردی است. لذا در راستای ارزیابی استفاده از تکنولوژی هوشمند در بندر خرمشهر، برای جامعه آماری 30 نفره از کارشناسان و متخصصان سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی بندر خرمشهر، طرح سوال گردیده و پرسشنامه به ایشان جهت نظرسنجی ارسال گشت. برای رتبه بندی در استفاده بهینه از تکنیک های هوشمند درترمینال کانتینری از روش پرومتی استفاده گردید. سه گزینه rfid ، gps و wi-fi بعنوان گزینه های نهایی تکنولوژی هوشمند قابل اجرا در بندر خرمشهر انتخاب شدند. درنهایت کاراترین تکنولوژی با توجه به معیارهای هزینه، خدمات، سرعت و کارایی، سیستم شناسایی با استفاده از امواج رادیویی (rfid) با معیار سنجش قدرت 1926/0 در ردیابی کانتیر شناسایی شدکه از ﻛﺎراﻳﻲ ﻻزم ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻛﺎﻧﺘﻴﻨﺮی در ﺑﻨﺪر خرمشهر ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮده و ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺘﻲ ﺑﺮ اﻣﻨﻴﺖ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ، ﺷﻔﺎﻓﻴﺖ و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ ﭘﻴﮕﻴﺮی ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪﻫﺎی ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻛﺎﻧﺘﻴﻨﺮی دارد. معیار سنجش قدرت gps و wi-fi به ترتیب 0618/0 و 2543/0- محاسبه گردید.

investigation of containerization terminal of khorramshahr port (ranking of factors affecting terminal intelligence by prometheus method)

this paper examines the smarting of the khorramshahr container terminal. the most important goal is for a containerized terminal to be part of its drive or at specific times of the day. the overall objective of this research is to identify the most efficient smart technology in the container terminal of khorramshahr port which can ultimately lead to economic, social and political development of the port and region. this research is an applied research in the field of port and maritime research. therefore, in order to evaluate the use of smart technology in khorramshahr port, a population of 30 experts and experts of khorramshahr ports and maritime organization was asked a question and a questionnaire was sent to them for survey. promotional method was used to rank the optimal use of smart techniques in the container terminal. three rfid, gps and wi-fi options were selected as the final smart technology options implemented in khorramshahr port. finally, the most efficient technology in terms of cost, service, speed, and efficiency criteria, was identified by rfid with a 0.1926 power rating of container tracking, which required performance and portability in khorramshahr. being present and influencing me has a lot of impact on the process, safety, speed, and sustainability of processes. the criteria for measuring gps and wi-fi power were calculated to be 0.0618 and -0.2543, respectively.
