بررسی تاثیر ساختار سازمانی برکارآفرینی گمرک خرمشهر

این مقاله به بررسی و تحلیل رابطه بین ساختار سازمانی کنونی و میزان کارآفرینی گمرک خرمشهر ، واقع در منطقه آزاد تجاری – صنعتی اروند پرداخته است. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفی – همبستگی میباشد. هدف از این تحقیق شناخت وضعیت موجود ساختار سازمانی گمرک خرمشهر و تاثیرش بر کارآفرینی آن گمرک میباشد. بدین منظور سه فرضیه طراحی گردید که در آنها، سه بعد ساختار سازمانی یعنی رسمیت، پیچیدگی و تمرکز ، بعنوان متغیر مستقل و کارآفرینی سازمانی بعنوان متغیر وابسته هر سه فرضیه درنظر گرفته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارمندان و تجار مشغول به کار و فعالیت در گمرک خرمشهر هستند که تعداد آنها برابر 275 نفر میباشد. طی روش کوکران 160 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری برای تکمیل پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای سه شاخص ساختار سازمانی(رسمیت – پیچیدگی – تمرکز ) و کارآفرینی به ترتیب برابر با 074/0- و 072/0- و 304/0- به دست آمد که در سطح اطمینان 95% تایید شدند. بنابراین با افزایش رسمیت ، پیچیدگی و تمرکز در ساختار سازمانی گمرک خرمشهر ، کارآفرینی و خلاقیت سازمانی آن کاهش میابد.

the effect of organizational structure on entrepreneurship of khorramshahr customs

this article examines the relationship between the current organizational structure and entrepreneurship rate of khorramshahr customs, in arvand free trade-industrial zone. this is an applied and descriptive-correlational study. the purpose of this study is to identify the current organizational structure of khoramshahr customs and its impact on entrepreneurship. for this purpose, three hypotheses were designed in which three dimensions of organizational structure namely formalism, complexity and concentration were considered as independent variables and organizational entrepreneurship as dependent variable of all three hypotheses. statistical population of the study is all employees and traders working in khoramshahr customs office with 275 employees. using cochran method, 160 individuals were selected as statistical sample to complete the questionnaire. pearson's correlation coefficient for the three indicators of organizational structure (formalism - complexity - focus) and entrepreneurship were -0.07, -0.07 and -0.304, respectively, which were confirmed at 95% confidence level. therefore, with increasing formality, complexity and focus on the organizational structure of khorramshahr customs, entrepreneurship and organizational creativity are reduced.
