بررسی تاثیر هوش تجاری برعملکرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاری-صنعتی اروند

این مقاله به بررسی و تحلیل رابطه بین هوش تجاری و عملکرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاری – صنعتی اروند پرداخته است. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی بوده و روش انجام آن توصیفی – همبستگی است. مدیران و کارمندان منطقه آزاد اروند میتوانند با بهره گیری از هوش تجاری داده های خام را به اطلاعات دقیق و مفید تجاری و مدیریتی تبدیل نمایند. امروزه سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاری – صنعتی اروند با توجه به محیط پیچیده و رقابتی، برای بقا و دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی نیازمند هوش تجاری میباشد تا بتواند نقش ملی و بین الملی خود را به بهترین شکل ممکن ایفا نماید. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر هوش تجاری بر عملکرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاری – صنعتی اروند میباشد. بدین منظور چهار فرضیه فرعی طراحی گردید که در آنها چهار بعد هوش تجاری بعنوان متغیر مستقل و عملکرد سازمان بعنوان متغیر وابسته در نظر گرفته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران و کارمندان سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاری-صنعتی اروند هستند که تعداد آنها برابر با 200 نفر میباشد. طی روش کوکران 122 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری برای تکمیل پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای چهار بعد هوش تجاری(کیفیت محتوای اطلاعات، کیفیت دسترسی به اطلاعات، بکارگیری اطلاعات در فرآیند کسب و کار و فرهنگ تصمیم گیری تحلیلی) و عملکرد سازمان به ترتیب برابر با 098/0 و 135/0 و 300/0 و 325/0 به دست آمد که در سطح اطمینان 95% تایید شدند. بنابر این با افزایش هوش تجاری در سازمان ، عملکرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاری- صنعتی اروند بهبود میابد.

this article investigates the relationship between business intelligence and performance of arvand free trade industrial organization. this research is an applied one and its method is descriptive - correlation. managers and employees of arvand free zone can utilize business intelligence to convert raw data into accurate and useful business and management information. today, arvand free trade zone industrial organization, due to its complex and competitive environment, needs commercial intelligence in order to survive and gain competitive advantage in order to play its national and international role to the best of its ability. the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of business intelligence on the performance of arvand free trade zone industrial organization. for this purpose, four sub-hypotheses were designed in which four dimensions of business intelligence were considered as independent variables and organizational performance as dependent variable. the statistical population of the study consists of all managers and staff of arvand free trade industrial zone organization with 200 employees. using cochran method, 122 persons were selected as the statistical sample to complete the questionnaire. pearson's correlation coefficient for the four dimensions of business intelligence (information content quality, information access quality, business process information and analytical decision culture) and organizational performance were 0.098, 0.155, and 0.300, respectively. 0.325 was obtained which was confirmed at 95% confidence level. thus, by increasing business intelligence in the organization, the performance of the arvand free trade-industrial zone improves.
