تحلیل تحولات بافت کالبدی روستاهای حاشیه شمالی شهر مشهد با استفاده از gis(در بازه زمانی1381-1397)

رشد و گسترش سکونتگاههای انسانی در پرتو تحولات سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی، با تحول کالبدی و دگرگونی سازمان فضایی و ساختار عملکردی این گونه کانون ها بویژه کانونهای روستایی همراه بوده است. که مهمترین تاثیرات آنها تغییر بافت کالبدی در نواحی روستایی و تغییر کاربری اراضی از زراعی به مسکونی و سایر کاربری ها بوده است. همچنین ماهیت روستاها به لحاظ کالبدی و کارکردی دچار تغییرات اساسی شده است. مطالعه حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با ابزار نرم افزار gis به دنبال تحلیل تغییر بافت کالبدی در روستاهای حاشیه شمالی شهر مشهد در بازه زمانی 1381 تا 1397 می باشد. برای این منظور به مقایسه تصاویر هوایی 13 روستای حاشیه شمالی شهر مشهد واقع در دهستان‌‌های تبادکان، طوس وکنویست در دو بازه زمانی سالهای 1381 و 1398 برای تطبیق تحولات بافت سکونتی و تغییر آن در این دو بازه زمانی اقدام شده است. که نتایج بیانگر وقوع تغییر و تحولات در بافت کالبدی روستاهای مطالعه در تمامی موارد بوده است. نتایج حاصل از تغییر کاربری نشان داد که بیشترین تغییر کاربری طی دوره زمانی مورد بررسی متعلق به روستای بهار است. روستای بهار با بافت مسکونی و باغات و مزارع نمایان است. در دهه اخیر، در روستای بهار امکانات کالبدی نظیر دفاتر ict روستایی، توسعه خدمات الکترونیکی به صورت پیشخوان دولت، اجرای طرح های خدمات رسانی، بافت کالبدی روستا را متاثر از خود ساخته است.

analyzing the physical texture changes of northern villages of mashhad metropolitan by using of gis since 202to 2018

the development and expansion of human settlements in the light of political, economic and social developments has been accompanied by the structural transformation of the spatial organization and the functional structure of such centers, especially rural centers. the most important of these effects have been the change of physical texture in rural areas and the change of land use from agricultural to residential and other uses. consequently, the nature of the villages in terms of physical and functional as well as the physical landscape of the villages have undergone fundamental changes. the present study is a descriptive-analytical study using gis software to analyze the physical changes in villages in the northern margins of mashhad from 2002 to 2018. for this purpose, we compared aerial images of 13 villages on the northern margin of mashhad located in the villages of tabadkan, tus, and kenevist in two periods of 2002 and 1998 to adapt the changes in residence texture and change in these two periods. the results indicated that the physical structure of the study villages was changed in all cases. the results of land use change showed that most of land use change during the study period belonged to bahar village. bahar village with residential texture, gardens and fields is visible. in the last decade, in the village of bahar, physical facilities such as rural ict offices, development of e-government services, and implementation of service plans have affected the physical tissue of the village.
