چکیده
|
Many biological molecules, such as proteins, enzymes, and receptors in the living system, are in a unique enantiomeric form, show that chirality is one of the essential factors of life. chiral compounds interact chirally with the receptors and receptors operate differently with each enantiomer. therefore, each enantiomer has a different biological effect. compared to racemic compounds, pure enantiomers are much more marketable both synthetically and industrially. various methods are employed for asymmetric synthesis and these are the most accepted catalytic asymmetric synthesis methods. with this system, it is possible to obtain a chiral product in excess with a small amount of catalyst. in this talk, i will discuss and present our very recent work regarding a new enantioselective synthesis using a palladium catalyst system. our method has significant advantages such as high selectivity, moderate reaction conditions, low cost, environmental friendliness and low side reactions.
