چکیده
|
With application of catalyst, you can reduce the time for blown bitumen and the relationship between its physical and mechanical properties proceeded in desired direction. one of the catalysts used in this case is copper sulfate which there have always been limitations at the end of the process for its segregation. in this research, using of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles with special features like nano size, special high level and the super magnetic properties have been investigated. these magnetic nanoparticles with activated carbon and magnetic nanocomposites have been combined and synthesized. because of the presence of active carbon and active adsorption sites present in the iron oxide structure, adsorption capability increased and these nanoparticles are highly efficient in absorbing copper from the bitumen environment. and finally, magnetic nanoparticles coated with activated carbon after adsorption of copper can be easily separated by an external magnetic field. in this way, in addition to catalyst recovery and reuse it while enhancing quality by reducing pollution, has been operated in environment friendly processes that is turning point in recent decades researches in scientific and industrial centers.
