چکیده

Capsaicinoids are a group of chemicals found in chili peppers. spray of pepper made from the active ingredient of capsicum oleoresin and other inert ingredients. capsaicinoids are responsible for the pungent and spicy flavor in chili peppers, with bioactive properties. in this study, go/{mo154}/pan composite nanofibers membrane was prepared by electrospinning method. composite nanofibers structure was characterized by fesem, tem, ft-ir, nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms, vsm and tga. the specific surface area of nanofibers, 10.51 m2g-1, as confirmed by nitrogen sorption isotherm analysis. then, nanofiber was used as a new absorbent membrane for adsorption of capsaicinoids. adsorption maximum of capsaicinoids occurs at about 30 min. the high activity was obtained by nanofiber membrane, which exhibited 90%-96% adsorption efficiency for different capsaicinoids. in addition, in order to obtain the nanofiber membrane with the highest amount of capsicinoides adsorption, the optimization was performed according to the taguchi method and central composite design (ccd). optimum conditions such as 9wt% pan, voltage 12 kv and 15 cm distance between the needle tip to collector were selected. the aim of this work is to preparation of new adsorbent to absorb the active ingredients in spray pepper. the results showed that nanofiber membrane will have a good ability as protective clothing and chemical masks. further work on mechanistic studies and oxidation of particular air pollutants with giant nano-polyoxometalate cluster are ongoing in our laboratory.
