hse ارزیابی پیامدهای برداشت از معادن زغالسنگ

با بالاترین سطح حوادث ایمنی، خطرهای بهداشتی و معضلات محیطزیستی شناخته شده ، معدن کاری از جمله مشاغل پر خطر است. در این میان معادن زغال سنگ با هدف استحصال انرژی و استفاده از زغال سنگ در برخی صنایع نقش کلیدی دارد. با این )در معدن کاری زغال سنگ، بهصورت مروری مورد بررسی hse رویکرد در پژوهش حاضر سه حوزه ایمنی، بهداشت و محیطزیست ( قرار گرفته است. در این راستا ده معضل اصلی معدن کاری زغال سنگ (اعم از معدن کاری سطحی و زیرزمینی) مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است و در صورت امکان راهکارهای مناسب اجرایی برای مقابله یا تخفیف در پیامدهای حاصله ارایه شده است. این ده معضل در حوزه انتشار گازهای سمّی و خطرناک، ذرات معلق، انتشار متان و غبارهای زغال سنگ و پتانسیلهای انفجاری ناشی از آن، بیماریهای مرتبط با این حوزه، پرتوزایی، حفاظت از بدن و پوست افراد معدن کار قرار میگیرد. راهکارهای استفاده از لباسها، لوازم و ، مناسب در حل این معضلات عمدتاً بر پایه سنجش و ارزیابی دایم ترکیبات موجود در هوای معدن در صنایع و معادن مختلف میتواند با صرف هزینههای جزیی از بخش hse تجهیزات حفاظت فردی میباشد. بهکارگیری فرآیند عمدهای از حوادث حین کار، بیماریها و تخریبهای محیطزیستی ممانعت بهعمل آورد و هم از نظر اقتصادی و هم اجتماعی پیامدهای ارزندهای به همراه خواهد داشت. متاسفانه مسایل مرتبط با این حوزه در کشور ایران کمتر شناخته شده است و در بسیاری موارد انطباق روشهای بین المللی در مقیاس ملّی و کشوری امکانپذیر نمیباشد و مطالعه و ارزیابیهای گستردهتری در این رابطه مورد نیاز است.

impact assessments of coal mining from hse point of view

mining is known as one of the high-risk occupations which faced with the highest levels of safety accidents, health risks and environmental problems. the coal mines have a key role as a source of energy and use in some industries. the present study reviewed three areas include safety, health and environment (hse) in coal mining. in this regard, the ten main problems of coal mining (both surface and underground mining) have been studied and analyzed and, where possible, appropriate implementing strategies are suggested to counteract or mitigate the resulting consequences. these ten problems are in the field of toxic and hazardous gases, particulate matter, methane and coal dust emissions and explosive potentials, diseases related to this area, radiation, and body and skin protection of miners. the appropriate solutions to overcome these problems are mainly based on constant assessment and evaluation of components in the air, inside of the mine, used clothing, accessories and personal protective equipments. applying the hse process to various industries and mines can prevent major work accidents, diseases and environmental damages with the least costs and have significant economic and social consequences. unfortunately, issues related to this field are less understood in iran and in many cases it is not possible to adapt international methods to the national level and more extensive studies and evaluations are required.
