مروری بر روش‌های ارزیابی توسعه پایدار در معادن روباز

در اواخر قرن بیستم موضوع توسعۀ پایدار با هدف ایجاد تعادل در سه حوزۀ اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی مطرح شد. در برنامه‌ریزی بلندمدت و طراحی محدوده نهایی پیت معادن روباز لازم است علاوه بر مطالعات فنی، ارزیابی صحیحی از شرایط زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی به‌عنوان سه رکن اصلی توسعه پایدار به عمل آید. به طور کلی معدنکاری تاثیرات منفی زیست‌محیطی بر منطقه گذاشته و می‌تواند سلامت انسان، موجودات و آب را در معرض خطر قرار میدهد؛ از طرفی تاثیرات مثبت اقتصادی و اجتماعی که باعث افزایش رفاه اجتماعی منطقه، افزایش کسب‌وکار، کاهش اعتیاد، ارتقای سطح زندگی و رشد gdp جامعه شده است را نمی‌توان نادیده گرفت. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، هدف از این مقاله، مطالعه 128 مقاله و مروری بر تاریخچه توسعه پایدار، روند روبه رشد آن از سال 1985 تا 2019 است. وجود یک روش کلی که بتواند تمامی شاخصها و پارامترهای توسعه پایدار را در برگیرد ضروری دیده می‌شود.

review of sustainabile assessment methods in openpit mines

in the late 20th century, the issue of sustainable development has received numerous attentions with the aim of maintaining a balance in all of the three economic, social, and environmental dimensions. in the long-term planning and design of the ultimate pit limitis open-pit mines, in addition to technical research, it is required to make an accurate assessment of these three pillars of sustainable development, i.e., the environmental, social, and economic conditions. in most cases, mining has a negative environmental impact on regions; in other words, it endangers human and animal health and pollutes water. on the other hand, the positive economic and social impacts increase the social welfare of those regions, enhance business, reduce addiction, and improve living standards, human development index (hdi) and the gdp of society. therefore, the present paper was desigened to review and growing trend of 128 articles from 1985 to 2019. there is a need for a general approach that can encompass all indexes and parameters of sustainable development.
