مروری بر انواع روش‌های گیاه‌پالایی در بازسازی معادن مس (با استفاده از گیاهان فلفل، ذرت، آفتابگردان و آلوئه ورا )

گیاه‌پالایی (photoremediation) فناوریی است که با استفاده از گیاهانی که اصلاح ژن شده اند، انجام می‌گیرد. این گیاهان با جذب تغییر‌شکل، تجمع یا تصعید آلاینده‌ها باعث تصفیه‌ی خاک، آب و هوا از فلزات سنگین می‌شوند. در این فرآیند از روش‌های متعددی از قبیل تصفیه‌ی ریشه‌ای (rhizofiltration)، تثبیت گیاهی (phytostabilisation)، استخراج گیاهی (phytoextraction)، تبخیر گیاهی (phytovolatilization) و تخریب گیاهی (phytodegradation) برای پاک‌سازی خاک از آلاینده‌ها استفاده می‌شود. تصفیه خاک‌های آلوده شده به مس با استفاده از روش‌های حذف مکانیکی و اصلاح شیمیایی هزینه‌بر است و این روش‌ها برای پاک‌سازی زمین‌های کشاورزی با آلودگی کم کاربرد ندارند و باعث عدم باروری خاک و بر‌هم‌زدن ساختار آن می‌شوند. در مقایسه با سایر روش ها گیاه‌پالایی روشی مقرون‌ به صرفه برای حذف آلاینده‌های ناشی از فعالیت‌های معدنکاری و حفظ محیط زیست است. مطالعه انجام‌شده در این تحقیق با استفاده از مروری بر نتایج پیشین نشان می‌دهد که با توجه به قرارگیری ایران بر روی کمربند فلززایی جهانی و اهمیت توسعه پایدار، گیاه‌پالایی برای جبران خسارت وارد شده ناشی از معدنکاری حائز اهمیت بسزایی است.

a review of a variety of photoremediation methods in the reclamation of copper minesusing plants peppercorn sunflower aloe vera

the photoremediation is a technology that is carried out using the plants that are generated by the gene. the plants by the absorption of the deformation, accumulation or sublimation of pollutants, cause the soil, the water and the air of heavy metals. in this process several such rhizofiltration, phytostabilisation, phytoextraction phytovolatilization, phytodegradation to use soil cleansing are used. the purification of soil-made copper is costs using mechanical removal methods and chemical modification, and these methods are not used to clear the agricultural land with low contamination, causing lack of fertility and disturb its structure. compared to other methods, the photoremediation is a costeffective way to remove pollutants caused by the work of the mine and the environmental protection. the study conducted in this research using a review of the previous results shows that, due to iran`s placement on the global metal composition and the importance of sustainable development, the photoremediation is a ciriminal to compensate for the loss of masked from mining.
