بررسی نقش منطقه آزاد تجاری-صنعتی اروند بر روی رونق اقتصادی بنادر آبادان و خرمشهر

مناطق آزاد به عنوان ابزاری در تحولات اقتصادی مورد توجه کشور ها قرارگرفته است. تلاش در جهت رشد و ارتقاء سطح کیفی و کمی مناطق آزاد درکنار بهبود عملکرد سایر نهاد های اقتصادی و سیاسی می تواند به پیشبرد اهداف کلان اقتصادی منجر شود و به دنبال آن رشد ساختار کلی اقتصادی را به همراه داشته باشد. در این مقاله ابتدا به تبیین مفاهیم در زمینه مناطق آزاد پرداخته سعی شده است تا ضمن بررسی مبانی نظری، اهداف لازم برای ایجاد منطق آزاد و نقش منطقه آزاد اروند در توسعه اقتصادی و بازرگانی شهر های آبادان و خرمشهر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد. جامعه مورد بررسی شامل کارکنان منطقه آزاد اروند و کارمندان گمرک که تعداد افراد نمونه 58 نفر می باشند. در این تحقیق سوالات مربوط به شاخص توسعه اقتصادی و منطقه ای در منطقه آزاد با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی فرضیات تحقیق شامل: امکانات زیربنایی و خدمات عمومی، سرمایه گذاری سازمان ها و دستگاه های دولتی و همچنین اشتغال زایی در محدوده جغرافیایی منطقه آزاد اروند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج آمار استنباطی نتایج تحقیق، 58 % معتقد بودند عدم سرمایه گذاری کافی سازمان ها در منطقه آزاد اروند جهت افزایش اشتغال در منطقه و 82 % عدم وجود زیر ساخت های پیشرفته را مهمترین مانع توسعه منطقه آزد اروند بیان کردند. عدم وجود امکانات زیربنایی پیشرفته، عدم سرمایه گذاری مناسب دستگا های دولتی از موانع توسعه منطقه آزاد اروند به شمار می روند.

investigating the role of arvand commercial-industrial free zone on the economic prosperity of abadan and khorramshahr ports

free zones have been considered by countries as a tool in economic developments. efforts to grow and improve the qualitative and quantitative level of free zones along with improving the performance of other economic and political institutions can lead to the advancement of macroeconomic goals and consequently the growth of the overall economic structure. in this article, first, the concepts in the field of free zones are explained in order to examine the theoretical foundations, the necessary goals to create free logic and the role of the arvand free zone in the economic and commercial development of abadan and khorramshahr. this research is of descriptive-analytical type. the study population includes arvand free zone employees and customs employees, whose sample number is 85 people. in this study, questions related to the index of economic and regional development in the free zone using descriptive and inferential statistics. research hypotheses include: infrastructure facilities and public services, investment of government organizations and agencies, as well as job creation in the geographical area of arvand free zone. was examined. finally, according to the results of inferential statistics, 87% believed that the lack of sufficient investment by organizations in the arvand free zone to increase employment in the region and 52% lack of advanced infrastructure was the most important obstacle to the development of the arvand free zone. lack of advanced infrastructure facilities, lack of proper investment of government agencies are among the obstacles to the development of the arvand free zone.
