بررسی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه گذاری در منطقه آزاد تجاری – صنعتی اروند

این مقاله به بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای کیفیت سرمایه گذاری و رضایت مندی سرمایه گذاران فعال در منطقه آزاد تجاری – صنعتی اروند میپردازد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفی – همبستگی میباشد. هدف اصلی از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه گذاری در منطقه آزاد تجاری- صنعتی اروند است. بدین منظور با مطالعات کتابخانه ای پنج عامل قابلیت اعتماد سرمایه گذران، پاسخگویی سازمان، عوامل محسوس، اطمینان خاطر و همدلی شناسایی گردید و بر اساس آنها پنج فرضیه پژوهش طراحی شد. قلمرو تحقیق، وضعیت منطقه آزاد اروند طی 6 ماهه ابتدایی سال 1399 را شامل میشود و جامعه آماری کلیه سرمایه گذاران فعال در منطقه میباشند.نمونه آماری طی روش کوکران برای پر کردن پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده های بدست آماده از نرم افزار spss و برای رد یا تایید فرضیه ها از آزمون t استفاده گردید. در سطح اطمینان 95% تمام فرضیه های تایید شدند و مشخص شد انتظارات و ادراکات سرمایه گذاران با خدمات دریافتی از سوی سازمان شکاف معنا داری دارند.

this article examines the factors affecting the improvement of investment quality and satisfaction of active investors in the arvand free trade-industrial zone. this research is of applied type and its method is descriptive-correlation. the main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting investment in the arvand free trade-industrial zone. for this purpose, by studying the library, five factors of investor reliability, organizational accountability, tangible factors, confidence and empathy were identified and based on them, five research hypotheses were designed. the scope of the research includes the situation of arvand free zone during the first 6 months of 1399 and the statistical population is all investors active in the region. the statistical sample was selected through the cochran method to fill out a questionnaire. spss software was used to analyze the data and t-test was used to reject or confirm the hypotheses. at the 95% confidence level, all hypotheses were confirmed and it was found that the expectations and perceptions of investors with the services received from the organization have a significant gap
