In this study, a simple sample humidifier based on thermoelectric cooling was developed. using this sample, in an insulation test chamber with length and width of 60 cm, the moisture reduction time was measured from 90 to 65 %. then, with the aim of faster removal of condensate collected on the heatsink and thus reducing the dehumidification time and increasing the efficiency of the system, the coating of titanium oxide nanoparticles on the surface of the heatsink was carried out and the factors affecting the dehumidification rate and the contact angle between the water drop and the aluminum surface of the heatsink were evaluated. dioxide titanium nanoparticles, as a dielectric, reduce the adhesion of water droplets on the surface of aluminum and make droplets easier to repel. dehumidification experiments with four types of cold heatsinks, including simple aluminum, porous aluminum, porous aluminum with dioxide titanium layer and aged porous aluminum, indicate that increasing the contact angle of the heatsink surface reduces the time of dehumidification and increases the efficiency of the system.
