بررسی تطبیقی آیین ازدواج در تورات و قرآن کریم

غریزه جنسی یکی از مهم‌ترین و نیرومندترین غرایز بشری است که بر اساس حکمت الهی در وجود انسان به ودیعه گذاشته شده است. پاسخگویی به این غریزه و مدیریت آن از چالش‌هایی است که بشر از ابتدا خود را مواجه با آن ‌دیده است و مکاتب مختلف فکری و از آن جمله ادیان الهی به بحث‌وبررسی دراین‌خصوص پرداخته‌اند. اسلام و یهود هر دو جزء ادیان بزرگ الهی هستند که رسالتشان هدایت بشر به سمت‌وسوی کمال است. یکی از اسباب کمال بشری، سنت «ازدواج» به‌عنوان روش تعامل صحیح با غریزه جنسی است که اهمیت، شرایط و ریز مسائل آن در دو کتاب تورات و قرآن کریم ذکر شده است.پایان‌نامه حاضر با موضوع «بررسی تطبیقی آیین ازدواج در تورات و قرآن کریم» باهدف اثبات اهمیت و منزلت ازدواج از دیدگاه تورات و قرآن کریم و همچنین اثبات امتیاز نگاه قرآن کریم به ازدواج و مسائل مرتبط با آن نسبت به تورات، با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به بررسی تطبیقی آیین ازدواج و برخی از مسائل مرتبط با آن پرداخته و به نتایج ذیل دست‌یافته است.الف: در هر دو کتاب مقدس به ازدواج تشویق شده و از عزوبت نهی شده است. اسلام نگاه بدبینانه‌تری نسبت به عزوبت دارد.ب: بر اساس آموزه‌های قرآن و تورات ازدواج به‌عنوان تنها راه مشروع برطرف‌کننده نیازهای جنسی بشر شمرده شده که خود نوعی پاکی و قدم در مسیر رستگاری تلقی می‌شود. ج: در تبیین علل و فلسفه تشریع ازدواج عهد قدیم عمدتاً به مسئله ازدواج و باروری و در نتیجه تکثیر اولاد در کنار پاسخ‌گویی به نیاز فطری بشر می‌پردازد؛ ولی قرآن علاوه بر این موارد، با نگاهی فراتر آثار متعدد دیگری مانند آرامش روحی و روانی، پاکی و طهارت، حفظ دین و اخلاق و توسعه و برکت مادی را نیز از اهداف ازدواج بر می‌شمرد.

sexual instinct is one of the most important and powerful human instincts, which, based on divine wisdom, has been entrusted to humans. responding to and managing this instinct has been a challenge that humanity has faced since the beginning of time, and various intellectual schools, including divine religions, have explored this issue. islam and judaism are both major divine religions whose mission is to guide humanity toward perfection. one of the means of human perfection is the tradition of 'marriage' as a proper way to interact with sexual instinct, the significance, conditions, and related issues of which are mentioned in both the torah and the holy quran.the present thesis titled 'comparative study of the marriage rituals in the torah and the holy quran' aims to demonstrate the importance and status of marriage from the perspective of the torah and the quran, as well as to highlight the advantages of the quran's view of marriage and related issues compared to the torah. using a descriptive-analytical method, it conducts a comparative investigation of marriage rituals and some related issues, reaching the following conclusions:1. both sacred texts encourage marriage and discourage celibacy, with islam having a more negative view toward celibacy.2. according to the teachings of the quran and the torah, marriage is considered the only legitimate way to meet human sexual needs, which is regarded as a type of purity and a step towards salvation.3. in explaining the reasons and philosophy behind marriage, the old testament primarily focuses on marriage and procreation, and consequently increasing offspring while addressing the innate needs of humans. in contrast, the quran lists additional benefits of marriage, including spiritual and psychological tranquility, purity, preservation of religion and ethics, and material prosperity and blessings.
