مهارت ها و راهبردهای موثر والدین در راستای حفظ امنیت جنسی نوجوانان

همت بخشیدن به تربیت و سلامت جنسی نوجوانان در راستای حفظ امنیت جنسی آنها، از مهم ترین وظایف والدین در کنار سایر ساحت های تربیتی است. تربیت جنسی، عامل اصلی سلامت از انحرافات جنسی فرزندان و سامان بخشیدن به میل جنسی آنها است. در تحقیق پیش رو، پس از بیان مقدمه و پیشینه، یافته ها بر پایه مهارت ها و راهبردهای والدین در تربیت جنسی نوجوانان و نقش آن در حفظ امنیت جنسی آنها، شامل دو محور است: 1) علل انحراف جنسی نوجوانان، روش های پیشگیری و درمان؛ 2) مهارت ها و راهبردهای والدین در تامین امنیت جنسی نوجوان (شامل 13 مهارت: آشنا سازی با مسائل بلوغ جنسی و طبیعی بودن تحولات نوجوانی، پذیرفتن غریزه جنسی نوجوان به عنوان تمایل طبیعی، تصعید و والایش، تعدیل تمایلات جنسی نوجوان، تقویت ایمان و اراده معنوی نوجوان، حمایت عاطفی خانواده، نظارت خانوادگی، مراقبت های خانوادگی و اجتماعی، پرورش حس ارزشمندی و مناعت طبع، پرورش روحیه بسندگی و قناعت ورزی، پرورش هویت جنسی نوجوان، آموزش خویشتن داری و خود مهارگری به نوجوان، آموزش های جنسی والدین و مربیان در زمینه بلوغ جنسی و شرعی نوجوان). والدین در رویکردی خانواده محور، با هدف پایداری و سلامت خانواده و جامعه، می توانند نقش اساسی در رشد و تربیت جنسی، توانمند سازی و ارتقای اخلاق مداری و در نتیجه، تامین امنیت جنسی نوجوانان داشته باشند.

giving effort to the sexual education and health of adolescents in order to maintain their sexual security is one of the most important duties of parents, along with other educational areas. sexual education is the main factor in protecting children from sexual deviations and regulating their sexual desire. in the present study, after stating the introduction and background, the findings based on the skills and strategies of parents in the sexual education of adolescents and its role in maintaining their sexual security include two axes: 1) causes of adolescent sexual deviation, prevention and treatment methods; 2) skills and strategies of parents in ensuring adolescent sexual security (including 13 skills: familiarization with issues of sexual maturity and the naturalness of adolescent developments, accepting adolescent sexual instinct as a natural desire, sublimation and exaltation, adjusting adolescent sexual desires, strengthening adolescent faith and spiritual will, emotional support of the family, family supervision, family and social care, cultivating a sense of worth and self-respect, cultivating the spirit of sufficiency and contentment, cultivating adolescent sexual identity, teaching self-control and self-control to adolescents, sexual education of parents and educators in the field of adolescent sexual and religious maturity). in a family-centered approach, with the goal of sustainability and health of the family and society, parents can play a fundamental role in sexual development and education, empowerment and promotion of morality, and, as a result, ensuring the sexual safety of adolescents.
