چکیده    The electromagnetically induced grating and the diffraction pattern of the gaussian probe field is studied in a three level λ-type atomic system. moreover, an electromagnetically induced fork grating (eifg) in the atomic system by applying a laguerre-gaussian (lg) and a plane wave. it is analytically shown that the cross-kerr effect changes the extera lines of the eifg and the diffracted probe field has a different orbital angular momentum (oam) from lg pumping
