چکیده
|
The purpose of this paper is to increase the efficiency of solar cells based on quantum wells and anti-reflection coatings. we investigated the reflectivity of the three-grafted uncoated solar cell as well as the one-, three-, and five-layer optical anti-reflection solar cell as a function of landing angle.
