چکیده
|
We theoretically study bistability (ob) behaviors in a four-level asymmetrical double semiconductor quantum well with the cross-coupling relaxation of longitudinal-optical phonons (ccrlop). it is found that ccrlop has an important effect on the appearance and disappearance of ob.
