روش های نوین تدریس در یادگیری و یاددهی

در دهه های اخیر رویکردهای سنتی یادگیری و تدریس با ظهور فناوری های نوین مانند چند رسانه ای ها، فرا رسانه ای-ها و ارتباطات از راه دور دچار تغییر و تحول اساسی شده است. در این مقاله روشهای نوین تدریس مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، از آنجایی که یکی از مهمترین مشکلات و مسائل نظام آموزشی کشور عدم به کارگیری روشهای نوین و فعال تدریس در آموزش و کم توجهی به رویکردهای فعال یاددهی و یادگیری است. ازاین رو معلمان باید با روشهای نوین تدریس آشنا شده و آنها را در موقعیت های مناسب به کار برند. تربیت افراد شایسته تنها در سایه استفاده از روش های های معقول و شایسته امکانپذیر است. یکی از عناصر مهم برنامه های درسی و طراحی آموزشی، انتخاب و اجرای روشهای مناسب تدریس است. شاید بتوان گفت که این عناصر در همة الگوهای طراحی آموزشی جایگاه ویژه ای دارند زیرا محتوا، رسانه ها، ارزشیابی و کلیه مراحل تدریس درجایجای روش و الگوی تدریس قرار می گیرند و ما را به همه اهداف می رسانند. از آنجایی که یادگیری موثر، تنها کسب و ذخیره سازی اطلاعات و دانش ها نیست بلکه یادگیری موثر و کارآمد تقویت و گسترش مهارت های ذهنی، فیزیکی و طرز تفکر می باشد لذا استفاده از روش های نوین تدریس در مقایسه با روشهای سنتی در تقویت این مهارت ها کارآمدتر است. در این این پژوهش از روش توصیفی استفاده شده و اطلاعات با عنایت به ماهیت و هدف پژوهش با مراجعه به کتب مختلف، مقالات و سایت های مرتبط جمع آوری شده است.

in recent decades, traditional approaches to learning and teaching have changed dramatically with the advent of new technologies such as multimedia, hyper-media, and telecommunications. this article examines modern teaching methods, as one of the most important problems of the educational system of the country is the non-application of modern and active teaching methods in teaching and the lack of attention to active teaching and learning approaches. therefore, teachers need to be familiar with new teaching methods and apply them in appropriate situations. the training of decent people is possible only through the use of reasonable methods. choosing and implementing appropriate teaching methods is one of the important elements of curriculum and educational design. it can be argued that these elements have a special place in all educational design patterns because content, media, evaluation, and all stages of teaching fit into the teaching method and pattern and serve us all purpose. since effective learning is not only the acquisition and storage of information and knowledge, but effective and effective learning is the reinforcement and development of mental, physical, and thinking skills. skills are more efficient. in this study, descriptive method was used and information was collected according to the nature and purpose of the study by referring to different books, articles and related sites.
