پیش بینی اختلالات رفتار برونی سازی شده (اختلال نقص توجه/بیش فعالی، اختلال نافرمانی متقابل، اختلال سلوک)در دانش آموزان بر اساس سلامت روان والدین و سطح رفاه خانواده

مقدمه: مشکلات رفتاری کودک بازتابی از مشکلات روانی والدین می باشد و بیماری روانی یکی از والدین احتمال ابتلا کودک به بیماری روانی را افزایش می دهد. از سویی میزان برخورداری خانواده از مواهب و امکانات رفاهی در سلامت روانی کودک تاثیر می گذارد. پژوهش حاضر جهت پیش بینی اختلالات رفتاری برونی سازی شده براساس سلامت روان والدین و سطح رفاه خانواده در دانش آموزان انجام پذیرفت. روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی مقایسه‌ای بود. شرکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش150 نفر از دانش اموزان مدارس ابتدایی استان آذربایجان شرقی در سال تحصیلی 99-98 بودند. که به شیوه غربالگری و با استفاده از پرسشنامه ی علائم مرضی کودکان (4-csi) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تفاوت مشکلات برونی سازی شده کودکان در نواحی مورد مطالعه معنی دار است. کمترین مشکل رفتاری کودکان در ناحیه1و4 است و بیشترین در ناحیه2و5 است. همچنین بین اختلالات برونی سازی شده با مشکلات روانی والدین رابطع مثبت معنی داری وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به وجود همبستگی بالا بین مشکلات رفتاری کودکان و اختلال روانی والدین، لازم است در راستای کاهش آثار مشکلات روانی والدین بر کودکان تدابیری اندیشید. از سویی با توجه به رابطه ای که بین اختلالات رفتاری برونی سازی شده کودکان و رفاه خانواده مشاهده شد، نیازمند راهگشای سیاست گذاری های مناسب دولت و خانواده در قالب فعالیت های امنیت وآسایش، فعالیت های تفریحی و رفاهی و اقتصاد بوده تا موجبات ارتقای سلامت کودکان و خانواده فراهم گردد.

the prediction of externalizing behavior disorders (adhd, odd,cd) in students based on parents' mental health and family welfare

introduction: children’s behavioral problems are a reflection of their parents’ psychological problems, and mental illness in one of the parents increases the likelihood of mental illness in the children.also the lower the economic status and welfare of the family affected on children’s behavioral problems. the purpose of this study was to compare elementary school students(11-6) age in tabriz.. methods: the design of the present study was in the frame of casual comparative. participants comprised 150 student from elementary schools in tabriz in 1398-1399 academic years, which were selected through a screening method using the csi-4 and personal profile questionnaire. for data analysis manova and spss 20 were used. result: the results showed that here was a significantly positive relationship among all the children’sbehavioral problems with economic problems and family welfare (p<0.0001). also there was a significant positive relationship between external behavioral problems of children with all subscales of parent’s mental health. conclusion: with regard to the high correlation between children’s behavioral problems and maternal and paternal mental disorders, measures should be taken to reduce the effects of the parents’ psychological problems on children. the relationship found between children,s mental health and family welfare is needed to have appropriate policies of government and family, in the form of welfare and leisure activities, to improve childrens’ well-being.
