تعیین الگوی کشت بهینه براساس مفهوم آب مجازی با در نظرگرفتن سوددهی اقتصادی (مطالعه موردی: دشت عمرانی گناباد، استان خراسان رضوی)

افزایش روز به روز جمعیت مشکلات متعددی را برای انسان‌ها بوجود می‌آورد که یکی از اساسی‌ترین مشکلات، بحث به خطرافتادن امنیت غذایی مردم می‌باشد. در راستای مدیریت منابع آب بعنوان مهم‌ترین محدودکننده‌ بخش کشاورزی که تامین‌کننده‌ اصلی نیاز غذایی می‌باشد، اقدامات متعددی انجام شده‌است که یکی از آن‌ها توجه به میزان آب مجازی و سوددهی اقتصادی محصولات کشاورزی می‌یاشد. بر این اساس هدف از تحقیق حاضر، تعیین الگوی کشت بر اساس مفهوم آب مجازی و سوددهی اقتصادی در دشت عمرانی شهرستان گناباد می باشد. مطالعه حاضر بر روی شش محصول عمده این دشت شامل گندم، جو، ارزن، یونجه، پنبه و پسته انجام شد و میزان درآمد مصرف هر متر مکعب آب مجازی محاسبه ‌شد که بر این اساس و به ترتیب محصولات پسته، ارزن، یونجه، جو، پنبه و گندم دارای بیش‌ترین سوددهی اقتصادی می‌باشند و پیشنهاد می‌شود که الگوی کشت منطقه به گونه‌ای باشد که عمده محصول سطح زیر کشت در درجه اول به پسته و بعد از آن به ارزن و یونجه اختصاص یابد و کشت گندم و جو به عنوان محصولات استراتژیک ادامه‌یابد و محصولی نظیر پنبه از شهرستان‌ها و یا استان‌های مجاور تامین گردد.

determining the optimal pattern of crop cultivation considering virtual water and economic benefits (case study: omrani plain, iran)

day-to-day population growth creates many problems for humans, one of the most fundamental being the threat to food security. water resources management as the most important constraint on the agricultural sector, which is the main food supply, has taken several steps, one of which is to pay attention to the amount of virtual water and the economic benefits to crops. therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the cultivation pattern based on the concept of virtual water and economic profitability in omrani plain of gonabad. the present study was conducted on six major crops of this plain including wheat, barley, millet, alfalfa, cotton, and pistachio. the consumption income per cubic meter of virtual water was calculated based on pistachio, millet, alfalfa, barley, respectively. cotton and wheat have the most economic benefits and it is suggested that the pattern of cultivation in the region be such that the main crop is primarily devoted to pistachios and then to millet and alfalfa, and wheat and barley cultivation continue as strategic crops. provide products such as cotton from neighboring cities or provinces.
