بررسی وضعیت تحویل و توزیع آب از دیدگاه کشاورزان (مطالعه شبکه آبیاری بهبهان)

عملکرد ضعیف شبکه های آبیاری و تاثیر آن در کاهش بهره وری آب کشاورزی ضرورت ارائه روش های موثر در بهره برداری بهینه از این سامانه ها را ایجاب می نماید. از جمله عواقب ناکارآمدی شبکه های آبیاری می توان به تحویل و توزیع نامناسب آب در کانال ها و انشعابات و به تبع آن توزیع نامناسب آب در سطح اراضی کشاورزی اشاره نمود. اطلاع از عملکرد هیدرولیکی سازه‌های شبکه آبیاری به مدیریت بهره‌برداری و نگهداری آن کمک می‌کند و می‌تواند به برنامه ریزی صحیح توزیع آب و رفع تنش های اجتماعی در سطح آب بران شبکه شود. عدم برنامه ریزی مناسب و عدم تناسب و بی عدالتی در تحویل و توزیع آب باعث کاهش محصول و نارضایتی بهره برداران می‌شود. در این تحقیق به منظور بررسی وضعیت هیدرولیکی تحویل و توزیع آب در شبکه آبیاری بهبهان از شاخص‌های کفایت و یکنواختی توزیع استفاده شده و در نهایت میزان رضایت و مشارکت کشاورزان از وضعیت هیدرولیکی شبکه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که میانگین شاخص کفایت در بالادست شبکه تقریباً 86/0 و در پایین دست 66/0 است و از طرفی میزان رضایت کشاورزان از وضعیت تحویل و توزیع آب در بالادست شبکه 58 درصد و در پایین دست 24 درصد است.

study of water supply and distribution status from farmers' point of view (behbahan irrigation scheme)

the poor performance of irrigation schemes and their impact on reducing agricultural water productivity necessitates the introduction of effective methods for optimal utilization of these systems. one of the consequences of inefficiency of irrigation schemes is inadequate water distribution in canals and branches and consequently inadequate water distribution in agricultural farmlands. consciousness the hydraulic performance of irrigation scheme structures helps to manage its operation and maintenance and can lead to proper planning of water distribution and elimination of social stresses at the irrigation scheme. inadequate planning and inequality in the delivery and distribution of water reduces productivity and dissatisfaction of users. in this study, the adequacy and dependability of water distribution indicators were used to investigate the hydraulic status of water delivery and distribution in behbahan irrigation scheme. finally, farmers' satisfaction and participation in the hydraulic status of the irrigation scheme were investigated. the results show that the average adequacy index in upstream of the irrigation scheme is about 0.86 and in downstream is 0.66. on the other hand, farmers' satisfaction with water supply and distribution status in upstream is 58% and in downstream is 24%.
