شناسایی ویژگی‌های موثر بر تشکیل تشکل‌های آب‌بران (مطالعه موردی: پروژه آبیاری داریون شوشتر)

محدودیت منابع آب و اهمیت بهره‌وری در کشاورزی، مدیریت و رویکردهای نوین در راستای مشارکت بهره‌برداران در طرح‌های عمرانی و ساماندهی فعالیت‌های آنان در قالب تشکل‌های آب‌بران منابع آب را می‌طلبد. شبکه فرعی آبیاری و زهکشی میاناب ناحیه داریون 3 بخشی از اراضی غرب میاناب شوشتر می‌باشد که در سطح 3300 هکتار خالص اجرا گردیده است. هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی ویژگی‌های موثر برتشکیل تشکل‌های آب‌بران در پروژه آبیاری داریون3شوشتر می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کل بهره‌برداران پروژه شامل 84 نفر که از طریق سر شماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌ای حاوی سوال‌هایی است که روایی صوری آن تایید و پایایی آن با مقدار آلفای کرنباخ 83/0 برای متغیرهای گوناگون تایید شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیرهای مستقل مشارکت اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی و سطح تحصیلات کشاورزان با متغیر وابسته تمایل به تشکیل تشکل‌های آب‌بران رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین میزان تمایل به تشکیل تشکل‌های آب‌بران بر حسب شرکت در کلاس‌های آموزشی و ترویجی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بنابراین با توانمندسازی اعضای تشکل‌ها از طریق افزایش اعتماد به نفس، مشارکت و همکاری و آموزش و مهارت مدیریت به آن‌ها، زمینه پایداری و موفقیت تشکل‌ها را فراهم نمود.

utilization of limited water resources and agriculture, new approaches to managing projects and organizing their activities in line with farmers 'participation in water resources, the water users' associations formations. irrigation and drainage sub-area networks myanab darion third part of the lands of the west branch miyanab which 3,300 hectares acres in the area that has been implemented. the purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics that influence the formation of the association of water users' associations in irrigation projects darion3 shoushtar. the total study sample included 84 patients who were beneficiaries of the project. the research instrument was a questionnaire containing questions about its validity confirmed and its reliability alpha values kornbakh ./83 for different variables confirmed. the results showed between the independent variables of social participation, social confidence and level of education of farmers with dependent variable formations tend to form water users' associations is a significant positive relationship. between the water users' associations also tend to form groups based on participation in training and extension is a significant positive difference. thus enabling organizations members through increased self-confidence, cooperation, training and skills to manage their sustainability and success of the organizations provided.
