بررسی خردشدن و تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای (مطالعه موردی: بخشی از شهرستان ارومیه)

بخش کشاورزی در ایران یکی از بخش های مهم در مسایل اقتصادی و اجتماعی محسوب می گردد. این بخش از کشور نیز همانند سایر بخش‌ها طی دوره های زمانی با تغییر شرایط دچار تحولاتی شده است. یکی از تغییراتی که در این بخش رخ داده است خرد و کوچک شدن اراضی و تغییر کاربری اراضی زراعی و کشاورزی است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی موضوع خرد شدن اراضی کشاورزی در یک منطقه از شهرستان ارومیه در سالهای 2010 و 2018 با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای و تحلیل با نرم افزار arcgis و بررسی پیامدهای این موضوع است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تعداد قطعات زراعی در سال 2018 در این منطقه حدود دو برابر بوده سال 2010 است. از طرفی نیز با خرد شدن اراضی در این منطقه وسعت اراضی کشاورزی در سال 2018 به نصف مساحت اراضی در سال 2010 کاهش یافته است. همچنین مجموع مساحت قطعات زراعی در سال 2018 نسبت به سال 2010 به میزان 16 هکتار کاهش یافته است که بیانگر اتلاف اراضی زراعی به دلیل احداث مرزهای قطعات زراعی، ساختمان مسکونی و ویلا، احداث راه های مواصلاتی و جاده ها و ... می باشد. پیشنهاد می گردد موضوع خرد شدن اراضی کشاوری جدی گرفته شود و برای جلوگیری از عواقب منفی حاصل از آن، راهکاری اندیشیده و اجرا گردد.

studying cracking up and changing agricultural land use by using satellite images (case study: part of urmia city)

the agricultural sector in iran is one of the most important economic and social sectors. this part of the country, like other sectors, has undergone changes over time as conditions change. one of the changes that has taken place in this sector is the cracking up and shrinkage of land and the change in the use of agricultural and agricultural land. the purpose of this study was to investigate the cracking up of agricultural land in an area of urmia city in 2010 and 2018 using satellite imagery and analysis with arcgis software and to investigate the consequences of this issue. the results of the study showed that the number of agricultural plots in the region in 2018 was about twice that of 2010. on the other hand, the size of agricultural land in the region has decreased by half in 2018 by half in 2010. also, the total area of agricultural plots decreased by 16 ha in 2018 compared to 2010, indicating a loss of agricultural land due to the construction of land boundaries, residential and villa construction and roads, etc. it is suggested that the issue of farmland cultivation be taken seriously and that a strategy of preventing the negative consequences of it be considered and implemented.
