تعیین الگوی کشت در راستای کشاورزی پایدار با استفاده از برنامه ریزی کسری چند هدفی (مطالعه موردی:شهرستان پارس آباد)

در طول دهه های اخیر، رشد روزافزون جمعیت و لزوم تامین امنیت غذایی، سبب افزایش فشار بر منابع طبیعی به-خصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه شده است.بخش کشاورزی به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین فعالیت های اقتصادی جوامع مختلف بشری نیازمند برنامه های منسجمی است تا ضمن کاهش مصرف منابع تولید، بتواند سودآوری و رفاه کشاورزان را نیز افزایش دهد.شهرستان پارس آباد به عنوان یکی از قطب های کشاورزی استان اردبیل در وضعیت ناپایداری به لحاظ شاخص های زیست محیطی نظیر میزان مصرف آب و کودهاو سموم شیمیایی قرار دارد.از این رو در این مطالعه الگوی بهینه کشت شهرستان پارس آباد با استفاده از داده های مقطعی سال زراعی 95-1394 با استفاده از رویکرد برنامه ریزی کسری با اهداف چندگانه، سطح بهینه نهاده های تولید محصولات زراعی همسو با کشاورزی پایدار تعیین و باالگوی بهینه برنامه ریزی خطی ساده و الگوی فعلی منطقه مقایسه شد.اطلاعات مورد نیاز این پژوهش با استفاده سالنامه های جهاد کشاورزی استان اردبیل جمع آوری شده است. نتایج نشان داد که به‌منظور تحقق برخی اهداف پایداری نظیر کاهش مصرف نهاده های شیمیایی و آب لازم است در کوتاه مدت از بخشی از درآمد ناخالص کل تولیدات کشاورزی چشم پوشی شود، ولیکن با در نظر گرفتن هزینه های غیرمستقیم زیادی که عدم رعایت اصول پایداری بر جامعه و محیط کشاورزی تحمیل می کند، این کاهش در درآمد ناخالص کشاورزان قابل توجیه خواهد بود.

determining the cropping pattern with sustainable agriculture by multi linear fractional programming approach (case study: parsabad city)

during recent decades, population increasing growth and the need to food security increased pressure on natural resources especially in developing countries. therefore, it is necessary to use the resources of production in this sector in the best way possible, while reducing the consumption of these resources, the profit and welfare of farmers also will increase. therefore in this study, the optimal cropping pattern consistent with sustainable agriculture with cross section data of year 1394-1395 and using multi objective fractional programming approach in parsabad city determined and compared with present cropping pattern. the required data were collected from statistical yearbook of agriculture organization. the results indicated that in order to achieve some sustainability goals such as reducing the use of chemical and water inputs, it is necessary to exclude part of gross income from total agricultural production in the short term. however, taking into account the many indirect costs that non-compliance with the principles of sustainability affects society and the agricultural environment, this reduction in the gross income of farmers can be justified.
