بررسی نقش کشاورزان در ارتقاء سطح مدیریت بهره برداری سامانه های نوین آبیاری تحت فشار

امروزه به دلیل بروز مشکلات کم آبی شاهد توسعه سیستم های آبیاری تحت فشار در نقاط مختلف کشور هستیم. هدف اصلی یک سامانه ی آبیاری تحت فشار، افزایش راندمان آبیاری است. دستیابی به این هدف بدون در نظر گرفتن نقش کشاورزان با عدم قطعیت همراه خواهد بود. لذا از آنجایی که آن ها به عنوان بهره بردار اصلی این سامانه ها هستند، در این پژوهش به بررسی عوامل موثر بر نقش کشاورزان در راستای ارتقاء سطح مدیریت بهینه سامانه های نوین آبیاری تحت فشار با هدف دستیابی به افزایش بهره وری و راندمان پرداخته شده است. نتایج بررسی 1025 هکتار از اراضی کشاورزی استان گلستان که دارای سامانه ی نوین آبیاری تحت فشار هستند، نشان داد که علیرغم وجود برخی نواقص در زمان اتمام اجرای یک پروژه با توجه به افزایش سطح آگاهی کشاورز می توان به بالاترین راندمان دست یافت. جهت تحقق اهداف مذکور، برپایی تشکل های بهره برداری، مبتنی بر مشارکت حداکثری کشاورزان و نیز آموزش نحوه تغییر در مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آبیاری و تغییر الگو و شیوه ی کشت وکار پس از اجرا سامانه و کاهش دیدگاه و شیوه ی بهره برداری و نگهداری سنتی از سوی کشاورزان امری ضروری تلقی می گردد. اجرایی شدن این موارد با تاکید بر گسترش فعالیت های اجتماعی کشاورزان، نگهداری اصولی از این سرمایه گذاری عظیم و نیز دستیابی به کشاورزی پایدار را به همراه خواهد داشت.

assessing the role of farmers in increasing management level of pressurized irrigation systems exploitation

today, due to water deficit problems, we are witnessing the development of pressurized irrigation systems in different parts of the country. the main purpose of a pressurized irrigation system is to increase irrigation efficiency. achieving this goal will be uncertain, regardless of the role of the farmers. therefore, since they are the main beneficiaries of these systems, this study investigates the factors affecting the role of farmers in enhancing the level of optimal management of modern pressurized irrigation systems with the aim of increasing productivity and efficiency. the results of a survey of 1025 hectares of agricultural lands in golestan province with modern irrigation system, showed that despite some shortcomings at the completion of a project due to the increased level of awareness of the farmer can be achieved the highest efficiency. to achieve these goals, the establishment of exploitation organizations based on maximum participation of farmers as well as training on how to change irrigation scheduling management and change the pattern and practices after implementation of the system and reduction of farmers' view and practice of traditional operation and maintenance are considered essential. implementing these will emphasize expanding farmers' social activities, maintaining the principles of this enormous investment, and achieving sustainable agriculture.
