راهبردهای توسعه گردشگری در شهر ساحلی آستارا

هدف اصلی این مقاله، معرفی پتانسیل‌های اکوتوریسم شهرستان آستارا و تحلیل راهبردهای داخلی و خارجی موثر در توسعه این منطقه می‌باشد. روش تحقیق این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق، تجزیه و تحلیل برمبنای الگوی تحلیلی swot می‌باشد و در نهایت با در نظر گرفتن عوامل تاثیرگذار در منطقه شامل چهار گروه نقاط ضعف، قوت، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها، راهبردهایی همسو با توسعه تفرجگاه‌ها در این منطقه ارائه گردیده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش حاکی از این واقعیت است که این شهرستان به لحاظ داشتن آب و هوایی مطبوع و دلپذیر بویژه در فصل بهار و پاییز و بهره مندی از مناظر چشم نواز طبیعی ظرفیت تبدیل شدن به یکی از قطب‌های بزرگ طبیعت گردی ایران را داراست. اما متاسفانه علی رغم وجود چنین توانمندی‌هایی هنوز نتوانسته از پتانسیل‌های موجود خود نهایت استفاده را کرده و گام‌های موثرتری را در جهت توسعه بردارد و این امر حاکی از این است که مدیریت اصولی و توام با آینده نگری همراه با عزم جدی توسط مدیران و سازمان‌های متولی در این منطقه وجود ندارد. از سوی دیگر، مانع اساسی و ضعف بزرگ در راه رسیدن به توسعه این منطقه، به مسائل مدیریتی، بودجه و سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی و دولتی و ضعف در زیرساخت‌ها باز می‌گردد.

tourism development strategies in the coastal city of astara

the main purpose of this article is to introduce the ecotourism potential of astara city and to analyze the effective internal and external strategies for development of this area. the research method of this article is descriptive-analytical. in this research, based on swot analytical model analysis and finally considering the factors affecting the region including four groups of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats, strategies along with the development of resorts in this area are presented. the findings of this study indicate that the city has the potential to become one of iran's largest natural poles, due to its pleasant and pleasant climate, especially in spring and autumn, and the enjoyment of natural eye-catching landscapes. but unfortunately, despite such capabilities, it has not yet been able to make full use of its existing potential and take more effective steps towards development, suggesting that principled and forward-looking management along with serious determination by managers and there are no trustee organizations in this area. on the other hand, the major obstacle and weakness in achieving development in this area is the management, budgeting and investment of the private and public sector and the weaknesses in infrastructure.
