شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز با استفاده از روش سیستم استنتاج فازی

مدیریت زنجیره تامین یکی از زمینه های تحقیقاتی مدیریت عملیات است که شامل فعالیت های مختلفی است که از تامین منابع مواد اولیه شروع می شود و تا زمانی که محصول نهایی به دست مشتری می رسد ادامه دارد. یکی از اهداف اصلی تمام نهادهای نظارتی زیست محیطی، مهار اثرات مخرب ناشی از زنجیره تامین و شیوه های مدیریت سنتی می باشد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز با استفاده روش سیستم استنتاج فازی است. پژوهش حاضر براساس روش گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نظر هدف، توسعه ای-کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 15 شرکت فعال در صنعت مواد لبنی تولید کننده محصولات سبز در سرتاسر ایران بوده است که 25 نفر از مدیران ارشد شرکت های مذکور بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه است که برای تعیین روایی، از نظرات خبرگان و جهت تعیین میزان پایایی آن، آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. روش نمونه گیری، نمونه گیری هدفمند بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار matlab9.6 r2019a انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که در بین گروه های موثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز گروه های عوامل مالی، خارجی، سازمانی، دولتی و رقابت جهانی، به ترتیب بیشترین اهمیت را بر اجرای زنجیره تامین سبز دارند.

identification and prioritization of factors affecting green supply chain management implementation using fuzzy inference system method

supply chain management is one of the areas of operations management research that involves various activities ranging from the supply of raw material resources and continues until the final product reaches the customer. one of the main goals of all environmental regulatory agencies is to contain the deleterious effects of the supply chain and traditional management practices. the purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the implementation of green supply chain management using fuzzy inference system approach. the present study is a descriptive-survey based on data collection method and in terms of purpose is applied-development. the statistical population of the study consisted of 15 companies active in the dairy industry producing green products throughout iran. 25 senior executives of these companies were selected as sample. the data collection tool was a questionnaire that was used to determine the validity of experts' opinions and cronbach's alpha was calculated to determine its reliability. the sampling method was purposive sampling. data analysis was performed with matlab9.6 r2019a software. the findings showed that among the groups influencing the green supply chain management, the groups of financial, external, organizational, governmental and global competition have the most importance on green supply chain implementation, respectively
