توسعه مهارت تفکر سیستمی: تاکید بر مهارت‌های شناختی- رفتاری

تفکر سیستمی به عنوان یکی از هشت مهارت حیاتی اندیشیدن معرفی شده است که به مشاهده یک پدیده به صورت یک کل تاکید دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ادبیات در خصوص مهارت تفکر سیستمی و راهکارهای توسعه و ارزیابی آن با رویکردی رفتاری است. در حقیقت این مقاله تلاش دارد بر جنبه های شناختی- رفتاری تفکر سیستمی (در مقابل جنبه‌های ابزاری آن) تاکید نموده و مهارت تفکر سیستمی را به عنوان مهارتی نرم و متشکل از کسب بینش و کاربرد بینش به صورت توامان در نظر گرفته و به دنبال راهکارهایی جهت توسعه این مهارت باشد. به این منظور مطالعه‌ای مروری متشکل از مرور سیستماتیک و مرور انتقادی بر ادبیات توسعه مهارت تفکر سیستمی انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوای ادبیات پژوهش نشان داد در کنار این‌که چه در داخل کشور و چه در خارج کشور، کمتر به تفکر سیستمی با رویکرد مطرح شده، پرداخته شده است؛ بخش عمده ای از الگوهای موجود توسعه تفکر سیستمی آن را متشکل از ابعاد شناختی، ابعاد رفتاری و ابعاد ساختاری دانسته اند. در حقیقت این پژوهش ها نیز در تبیین و توسعه مهارت تفکر سیستمی آن را دارای جنبه های شناختی و رفتاری و به عنوان نوعی مهارت تفکر مورد نیاز همگان دیده اند تا اینکه تفکر سیستمی را صرفا به عنوان ابزاری جهت مدل‌سازی و شبیه سازی و یا ابزاری کمی جهت حل مسائل و صرفا مورد نیاز متخصصان سیستمی بدانند.

system thinking has been introduced as one of the eight critical thinking skills that emphasize observing a phenomenon as a whole. the purpose of the present study is reviewing the literature of system thinking skill development and evaluating through a behavioral approach. in fact, this paper seeks to emphasize the cognitive-behavioral aspects of system thinking (as opposed to its instrumental aspects) and to consider system thinking skills as a soft skill consist of gaining insight and applicating insights in combination to develop this skill. for this purpose, a literature review consists of systematic review and critical review on developing system thinking skill was conducted. the results of the content analysis on the literature indicate that few researches with this approach of system thinking have been done and most of these researches define system thinking skills in three dimensions: cognitive, behavioral and structural dimensions. in fact, these studies have also identified cognitive and behavioral aspects in explaining and developing systemic thinking skills as a type of thinking skill needed for everybody; rather than merely thinking of systemic thinking as a tool for modeling and simulation or quantitative tool which is needed for system experts.
