شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری در زنجیره تامین دارو و بررسی روابط آنها به روش دیمتل

مفهوم تاب آوری در زنجیره تامین بر این فرض بنا شده است که از تمام رویدادهای ریسک و عدم‌ قطعیت نمی توان اجتناب کرد، بنابراین در هنگام طراحی زنجیره تامین، بایستی تاب آوری در سیستم درنظرگرفته شود. به این منظور ضروری است تا ویژگی‌ها و عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری در زنجیره تامین شناسایی و روابط بین آن‌ها مشخص گردد. در این مقاله نیز زنجیره تامین دارو مدنظر قرار گرفته و پس از شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری مطابق با ادبیات موضوع و نظرات خبرگان، تلاش شده است تا با استفاده از روش دیمتل، روابط بین عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری زنجیره تامین شناسایی گردد. در این تحقیق، 12 عامل موثر بر تاب آوری زنجیره تامین در 5 بعد شامل پیش بینی تغییرات، آمادگی دربرابر تغییرات، پاسخگویی به تغییرات، بازیابی بعد از تغییرات و در نهایت رشد و یادگیری از تغییرات شناسایی گردید. از بین این عوامل تصمیمات راهبردی تاثیرگذارترین عامل و انعطاف پذیری و چابکی تاثیرپذیرترین عامل تعیین شده است. همچنین شفافیت و به اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات بیشترین روابط را با سایر عوامل دارد.

identifying factors affecting resiliency in the supply chain and investigating their relationships by dematel method

the concept of supply chain resilience is based on the assumption that all risk and uncertainty events cannot be avoided, so resilience in the system must be considered when designing the supply chain. for this purpose, it is necessary to identify the characteristics and factors affecting supply chain resilience and determine the relationships between them. in this paper, the supply chain of medicine is considered and after identifying the factors affecting resiliency in accordance with the literature of the subject and the opinions of experts, it is attempted to identify the relationships between factors affecting supply chain resilience using dematel method.in this study, 12 factors affecting supply chain resilience were identified in 5 dimensions including change forecasting, change preparedness, responsiveness to change, recovery after change, and finally growth and learning from change. among these factors, strategic decisions are the most influential factor and flexibility and agility are the most influential factors. transparency and information sharing also have the most relationship with other factors.
