بررسی سیستمی عوامل اثرگذار در شکل گیری شهر دانش در مشهد: چالش ها و فرصت ها

توسعه ی جوامع و افزایش روز افزون شهرنشینی در فرایند جهانی شدن، باعث ایجاد بازارهای جدید و تشدید رقابت بر سر دسترسی به منابع محدود موجود می گردد و مفهوم شهرهای دانش و نوآور بیش از پیش مورد توجه برنامه ریزان توسعه قرار گرفته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی سیستمی عوامل اثرگذار در شکل گیری شهر دانش در مشهد می باشد. در این راستا چالش ها و فرصت های این مهم مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار می گیرد. روش پژوهش کیفی بوده و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از مصاحبه های کیفی نیمه ساختار یافته با 14 نفر از کارشناسان مربوطه جمع آوری گردیده است. نمونه آماری به روش گلوله برفی تعیین گردید و داده ها با روش تحلیل موضوعی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. از نرم افزار ونسیم جهت مدلسازی اطلاعات جمع آوری شده استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان می دهد که چهار زیر سیستم شناسایی شده در این پژوهش روی هم تاثیر گذاشته و از یکدیگر تاثیر می پذیرد. در انتها مدل سیستمی پژوهش که نشان دهنده چالش ها و فرصت های پیش روی شکل گیری شهر دانش در مشهد است ارائه می گردد و پیشنهادات جهت رسیدن به مفهوم شهر دانش ارائه گردیده است. یکی از مهمترین پیشنهادات پژوهش حاضر لزوم نگاهی سیستمی در توسعه مفهوم شهر دانش در مشهد و با تاکید بر اولویت قرار گرفتن تدوین طرح راهبردی توسعه شهری مشهد است.

evaluation of effective factors on the formation of knowledge cities in mashhad challenges and opportunities

development of communities and ever increasing urban residents in globalization era lead to creation of new markets and intense competition against accessing limited resources, thus the concept of knowledge cities are considered as a first priority. the aim of the current research is evaluation of effective factors on the formation of knowledge cities in mashhad. based on this, challenges and opportunities are also considered. the research method is qualitative and required information was gathered using snowball sampling method and 14 experts in this field were interviewed. data was analyzed using theme analysis. vensim model was also used to model the most important factors. results show that four subsystems are identified which play important role in this regard. at the end, the systems model which shows the cause and effect impact between these four sub systems was designed and suggestions for improving the current situation was also presented. one of the most important suggestions for this research is to design a system to analyze the concept of knowledge city and consider city development strategy design as a first priority to form a knowledge city concept in mashhad .
