معماری ساختار سازمانی دفتر طراحی با رویکرد مهندسی سیستم

توسعه‌ی روزافزون مفاهیم مهندسی سیستم در بسیاری از حوزه‌های کاربردی منجر به تغییر و تحولات بنیادین در رویکردها و نتایج کلیدی عملکرد سازمان‌های بزرگ شده است. در این میان، به کارگیری مفاهیم مهندسی سیستم در فرآیند طراحی و توسعه‌ی محصول به دلیل اهمیت موضوع و پیچیدگی مساله به ویژه در مورد طراحی ابرسامانه‌ها و آرایه‌ها از اهمیت دو چندان برخوردار است. در هر صورت، استقرار مفاهیم مهندسی سیستم در فرآیند طراحی و توسعه‌ی محصول، مستلزم ایجاد بستر ساختاری و فرآیندی مناسب در درون سازمان است. با وجود اشتراکات و همپوشانی‌های بسیاری که در استانداردهای مختلف موجود در زمینه‌ی مبانی و الزامات فرآیند طراحی و توسعه ی محصول قابل مشاهده است، طرح‌ریزی ساختاری که از طریق آن بتوان پیاده‌سازی این الزامات را تضمین نمود، چالش اصلی و اساسی شرکت‌های بزرگ بوده و هست. در این نوشتار به منظور طراحی ساختار سازمانی دفتر طراحی در یک گروه صنعتی با ماموریت طراحی و ساخت ابرسامانه‌های پیچیده، از همان ابزارها و رویکردهای رایج مهندسی سیستم در فرآیند طراحی و توسعه‌ی محصولات پیچیده استفاده شده است؛ به بیان دیگر، پس از طرح مباحث مقدماتی، مراحلی که جهت پیشنهاد ساختار سازمانی دنبال شده عبارتند از تعیین الزامات، معماری کارکردی، ارزیابی آلترناتیوها، معماری فیزیکی و تایید مشخصات. در ادامه، فرآیند اجرای یک پروژه‌ی طراحی در ساختار پیشنهادی تشریح گردیده است. در انتها نیز نتایج حاصل از اجرای طرح بررسی و موضوع بحث جمع‌بندی شده است.

ever-increasing expansion of systems engineering concepts in many operational domains have been caused basic changes in approaches and key results of large organizations. in the meantime, using systems engineering concepts in design and development process of products have more importance especially in super-systems and arrays because of their complexity. anyhow, settlement of systems engineering concepts in design and development process needs structural framework and proper processes in the organization. in spite of many overlaps in existing various standards about basics and requirements of design and development process, architecting a structure through which large corporations can quaranty implementation of those requirements is a major challenge till now. in this paper, we have used systems engineering approaches and current tools which are used in design and development process of complex products for architecture of organizational structure for an industrial group wherein complex super-systems are designed and produced. after preliminary discussions, stages of architecting proposed organizational structure are: requirements determination, functional architecture, alternatives assesment, physical architecture and specifications confirmation. then, execution process of a design project in proposed structure is descriped. finally, results of implementation of proposed structure are studied and concluded.
