معرفی ابزارهای سیستمی نرم برای مرحله آغازش در چرخه حیات مدیریت پروژه

روابط متقابل بین عناصر، وجود ذینفعان با دیدگاه های چندگانه و رشد سریع فن آوری، پیچیدگی را به مشخصه بارز سازمان ها در عصر کنونی تبدیل کرده است. این پیچیدگی نقش تاثیرگذاری در سخت تر شدن تصمیمات سازمان ها داشته است. سازمان های فعال در حوزه پروژه ها نیز به عنوان سازمان های ارائه دهنده خدمات با پیچیدگی های بالایی در اجرای مراحل مختلف پروژه رو به رو هستند. مرحله آغازش پروژه به دلیل حضور تصمیم گیرندگان با جهان بینی های متفاوت و منافع متعارض به عنوان پیچیده ترین و بی-ثبات ترین مرحله از مراحل اجرای یک پروژه شناخته می شود. تفکر سیستمی نرم مجهز به رویکردهای متنوعی برای غلبه بر این پیچیدگی هاست. در این پژوهش دو ابزار تصویر گویا و تحلیل catwoe برای تعدیل پیچیدگی مرحله آغازش پروژه معرفی و کاربرد آن ها تبیین شده است.

introducing soft system tools for initiation in the project management life cycle

the interactions between the elements, the existence of stakeholders with multiple perspectives, and the rapid growth of technology have made complexity the era of today's organizations. this complexity has had an impact on making decisions more difficult for organizations. project-based organizations as service providers are faced with complexities in implementing different stages of the project. the project initiation phase is characterized by the presence of decision makers with different worldviews and conflicting interests as the most complex and unstable stage of the project implementation process. soft system thinking is equipped with a variety of approaches to overcome these complexities. in this study, two tools, rich picture and catwoe analysis, are introduced and applied to mitigate the complexity of project initiation.
