مروری بر رویکرد تفکر سیستمی در طراحی سامانه‌های اطلاعاتی سازمان‌ها

تفکر سیستمی بر خلاف برخی از جنبش‌های فکری که در یک رشته‌ی علمی و در محدوده‌ی معینی پدید آمده اند در خارج از محدوده‌ی یک علم خاص و مشخص به وجود آمده به صورت علمی بین‌رشته‌ای توسعه پیدا کرده‌است. تفکر سیستمی بیشتر نگرش یکپارچه‌ی سازمانی تاثیر د اشته است. تفکر سیستمی بیشتر از آنکه نگاهی تجزیه‌مدارانه بر پدیده‌ها داشته باشد نگاهی ترکیب گرایانه به پدیده‌ها دارد به همین خاطر به محلی برای تلاقی علوم مختلف در حوزه مدیریت سیستمی تبدیل شده است. به خاطر همین نگاه ترکیب‌گرایانه توانسته است کاربردهای بسیاری در مهندسی طراحی سامانه‌های اطلاعاتی و نرم‌افزاری سازما‌ن‌ها داشته باشد. به دلیل رشد بیش از پیش تفکر سیستمی و افزایش کاربرد علوم سیستمی در حوزه های متنوع، روش‌های توسعه سامانه‌های اطلاعاتی به صورت روزافزونی رشد داشته اسات. امروزه با توجه به پیچیدگی و بزرگی سامانه‌ها، نمی‌توان بدون کمک روش‌ی مناسب به آنالیز، طراحی و اجرای سیستمهای بزرگ، پیچیده و کارآمد امیدوار بود. چرخه عمر طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سامانه‌های اطلاعاتی، فرآیندی است که در آن طراحان، مدیران پروژه‌‌ها، توسعه‌دهندگان، کد‌نویسان، سطوح مختلف مدیران و کارشناسان یک سازمان در کنار هم سامانه‌های اطلاعاتی را توسعه داده و تولید می‌کنند. در این مقاله تلاش بر آن شده تا مروری بر انواع طراحی سامانه‌های اطلاعاتی با رویکرد تفکر سیستمی ارایه شود نتایج حاصل از این مرور به این صورت است که روش‌های طراحی ساختاریافته، شی‌گرا و نمونه‌سازی بیشترین نزدیکی را به رویکرد تفکر سیستمی در طراحی سامانه‌‌های اطلاعاتی دارند.

an overview of the system thinking approach to designing organizational information systems

system thinking has developed into an interdisciplinary science, in contrast to some of the intellectual movements that have emerged in a given discipline and within a certain domain. system thinking has had a greater impact on organizational integrated attitude. system thinking is more of a combinatorial approach to phenomena than it is to an analytical view of phenomena, so it has become a place for the confluence of different sciences in the field of system management. because of this combinatorial approach, it has had many applications in designing information systems and software organizations. due to the ever-growing growth of system thinking and the increasing use of system sciences in diverse fields, information systems development methods have grown increasingly popular. nowadays, due to the complexity and complexity of the systems today, one cannot hope without the proper method to analyze, design and implement large, complex and efficient systems. the life cycle of information systems design and implementation is a process in which designers, project managers, developers, coders, different levels of managers and experts of an organization develop and produce information systems together. this paper attempts to provide an overview of the types of information systems design with a systematic approach. the results of this review are that structured, object-oriented and prototyping design methods are most closely related to the systematic approach to information systems design.
