بررسی چارچوب‌های اصلاح و بهبود فرآیندها

سازمان‌ها، پروژه‌های مدیریت فرآیند را به‌منظور بهبود یک یا چند فرآیند کسب‌وکار انجام می‌دهند. میزان تلاشی که برای طراحی و پیاده‌سازی یک فرآیند صرف شده، چندان مهم نیست، همیشه فضا برای بهبود باقی است. بهبود فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار، وسیله‌ای برای توسعه فرآیندهای سازمانی برای موثر بودن اهداف کسب‌وکار آن است. بهبود فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار باید یکی از مهم‌ترین پروژه‌های تمام شرکت‌هایی باشد که می‌خواهند در بازار رقابتی باشند. برای رسیدن به این هدف، فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار نیاز به بهبود مستمر دارند. به این منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسان ترکردن اصلاح و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای کسب وکار، به بررسی چارچوب های موجود در این زمینه پرداخته است و نظر تعدادی از صاحب نظران این رشته را بررسی کرده و مزایا و معایب هر کدام از آن ها را برشمرده است. در انتها با استفاده از نظر تعدادی از دانشمندان به چارچوب اصلاح و بهبود فرآیندها که مراحل قبل، حین اصلاح و بعد از اصلاح و بهبود فرآیند را درنظر دارد، رسیده ایم.
