بررسی اثرشلاقی در زنجیره تامین دارو با در نظر گرفتن تحریم های پسا برجامی: بکارگیری روش‏شناسی پویایی سیستم

وجود تحریم های آمریکا پس از برجام فضای اقتصادی کشور و زنجیره تامین در صنعت دارو را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و به عنوان بزرگترین چالش تحول اقتصادی شناخته می شود. در واقع زنجیره تامین سیستمی متشکل از سازمان ها، مردم، فعالیت ها، اطلاعات و منابعی است که در انتقال یک کالا یا خدمات از عرضه کننده به مشتری درگیر است و اثر شلاق چرمی، نوسانی در زنجیره تامین می باشد که عامل اصلی به وجود آورنده آن تغییرات در میزان تقاضا است. هدف از این مقاله، طراحی مدل مناسب جهت بررسی تاثیر تحریم های پسا برجامی در زنجیره تامین دارو است. در مدل مذکور علاوه بر بررسی تاثیر اثر شلاقی، موضوع کاهش اثر آن در زنجیره تامین نیز مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور یک مدل دینامیکی زنجیره تامین دارو با تمرکز بر نقش تحریم های چند سال اخیر ارائه شده و نمودار حلقه ی علی و معلولی تشکیل شده است. ماهیت این پژوهش مروری- نظری است. تجزیه و تحلیل مدل نرم افزاری حاکی از این است که تحریم های پسا برجامی تاثیرات مخربی بر متغیر های نرخ ارز، نرخ تورم، درآمد دولت و خانوار ها و زنجیره تامین در صنعت دارو بر جای گذاشته است.

evaluating the bullwhip effects on drug supply chain considering the post jcpa sanctions application of system dynamics

the existence of us sanctions following the economic boom has affected the country and the supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry, and is recognized as the biggest challenge of economic transformation. in fact, the supply chain is a system of organizations, people, activities, information and resources involved in the transfer of a product or service from supplier to customer, and the bullwhip effect is the oscillation in the supply chain that is the main factor those are the changes in demand. the purpose of this paper is to design a suitable model to evaluating the impact of bullwhip effect on the drug supply chain. in the aforementioned model on the effect of bullwhip effect, the issue of its effect on supply chain has also been analyzed. to this end, a dynamic model of the drug chain focusing on the role of recent sanctions has been proposed and a causal loop diagram has been developed. the nature of this research is a theoretical review. analysis of the software model suggests that post-jcpa sanctions have had devastating effects on exchange rate variables, inflation rates, government and household income, and the supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry.
