مدل سطوح تعالی تفکر سیستمی سازمان مبتنی بر تفکرات سازمان

امروزه در سطح جامعه با مشکلات عدیده ای در زمینه های مختلف نظیر ترافیک، مترو، دود، آلودگی، تورم، اجاره مسکن، دارو، بیکاری، اعتیاد، کودکان کار و موارد مشابه مواجه هستیم. با توجه به بازگشت مستقیم این مسایل به سازمان های متولی و بغرنج شدن روز به روز آنها، بر آن شدیم که براساس قابلیت تفکر سیستمی در بررسی مسایل پیچیده، از آن در بررسی آن سازمان ها استفاده نماییم. براساس حلقه دوم یادگیری تفکر سیستمی، آخرین لایه مدل کوه یخی مربوط روند شکل گیری مسایل و مدل سازمان های یادگیرنده، موضوع مدل های ذهنی افراد، بعنوان یکی از مهم ترین عوامل بروز و نیز حل مسایل می-باشد. با بررسی مدل های ذهنی نقش اجزایی نظیر باورها، تجربه، تصویر ذهنی و مدل تفکر بسیار قابل ملاحظه است. با توجه به تنوع مدل تفکرات افراد سطوح مختلف سازمان ها، بر آن شدیم که با تبیین ارتباط مابین انواع تفکرات، مدلی جهت سطوح تعالی تفکر سیستمی سازمان ها ارائه دهیم. با توجه به وجود انواع تفکرات نظیر فنی، مثبت، منفی، منطقی، انتقادی، خلاق، منفعتی، مصلحتی، پیشگیرانه، واکنشی، تحلیلی، ترکیبی، سیستمی و راهبردی در سازمان ها و به منظور تعیین ارتباط و تاثیر آنها با یکدیگر، پرسشنامه ای تهیه و مابین یک جامعه نمونه از کارشناسان مجرب صنعت نفت توزیع و تکمیل شد و سپس با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت که از یافته های تحقیق، نحوه تاثیر تفکرات بر یکدیگر و بخصوص بر تفکر سیستمی و تفکر راهبردی می باشد. نوآوری اصلی تحقیق، ارائه مدل سطوح تعالی تفکر سیستمی سازمان در پنج سطح است که برمبنای نوع تفکر خاص سطوح مختلف سازمان و نحوه تعامل آن سطوح با تفکرات دیگر سطوح می باشد. پیشنهاد تحقیق استفاده از مدل ارائه شده در ارزیابی میزان سطح تعالی تفکر سیستمی سازمان و نیز انتخاب و چینش افراد در سطوح مختلف سازمانی است.

modeling excellence levels of organizational systems thinking based on organizational thinkings

we are now faced with many problems at the community level in the areas such as traffic, subway, smoke, pollution, inflation, renting housing, medicines, unemployment, addiction, working children and the like issues. given the direct return of these cases to trustee organizations, i hope that those problems can be resolved by implementing appropriate solutions by those organizations. given the complexity of those issues day-to-day, we decided to use them in examining those organizations based on the ability of systems thinking to investigate complex issues. according to the second loop of systems thinking learning, the last layer of the iceberg model relates to the process of problem formation and modeling of learning organizations, the subject of mental models of important individuals, and as one of the most rooted factors of occuring and solving problems. by examining mental models, the role of components such as beliefs, experience, mental image and the type of thinking model is remarkable. given the diversity of people's thinking at different levels of the organizations, we decided to provide a model for the excellence levels of organizational thinking by explaining the relationship between different types of thinking. a questionnaire was designed to determine the relationship between technical, positive, negative, logical, critical, creative, profitable, expedient, preventive, reactive, analytical, combinational, systematic and strategic in organizations and distributed and completed among a sample society of highly experienced experts in the petroleum industry, and then analyzed using the dematel technique, which explores how thinkings impacts one another, and in particular on systematic and strategic thinking. the main innovation of the research is to present the model of organizational systems thinking excellence levels in five levels. the research suggestion is to use the proposed model to evaluate the excellence level of organizational systems thinking, as well as to select and align the organization's people on different levels of organizational.
