بررسی تاثیر ریزگردها بر پایداری سیستم غذایی با رویکرد تفکر سیستمی

چندین دهه است که فضای برخی از نقاط کشور میزبان اجباری پدیده‌ای به نام ریزگردها می‌باشد. اثرات مخرب و زیانبار این پدیده بر محیط زیست به عنوان منبع اصلی غذا سبب شده است تا سلامت و کیفیت زندگی تمام جاندارانی که به طور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم از آن تغذیه می‌کنند، به خطر بیفتد. این پژوهش آثار محققانی که در این زمینه تحقیق کرده اند را مورد بررسی قرار داده و چگونگی تاثیر ریزگردها بر سیستم غذایی و پایداری آن را با رویکرد تفکر سیستمی تجزیه و تحلیل می‌کند. رسوب ریزگردها بر برگ گیاهان، باعث بسته شدن منافذ آنها شده و تنفس گیاه را با مشکل مواجه می‌کند؛ از طرف دیگر، سایه مصنوعی ایجاد شده باعث اختلال در فتوسنتز گیاه شده و نهایتا از عملکرد و رشد گیاهان کاسته و باعث کاهش تولید محصول می‌گردد. وجود ریزگردها در هوا از شدت تابش نور خورشید بر سطح دریا کاسته و باعث کاهش کلروفیل نوع a می‌شود. همچنین ریزگردها بر کیفیت منابع آبی تاثیر نامطلوبی داشته و سلامت گیاهان و دامهایی که از این آبها استفاده می‌کنند را به خطر می‌اندازد. به طور کلی نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اثرات مخرب ریزگردها، پایداری سیستم غذایی را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و در نهایت می‌تواند باعث مهاجرت افراد ساکن در منطقه شود.

the effect of dust on the sustainability of food systems with systems thinking approach

for decades, the space in some parts of the country has been forced to host a phenomenon called dust. the destructive and detrimental effects of this phenomenon on the environment as the main source of food caused to have endangered the health and quality of life of all those who feed it directly and indirectly. this study examines the work of researchers who have studied in this area and analyzes how dust affects the food system and its sustainability through a systems thinking approach. the sediment of dust on the leaves of the plants closes their pores and impairs the respiration of the plant; on the other hand, the artificial shade disrupts the photosynthesis of the plant and eventually diminishes the yield and growth of the plants and reduces crop production. the presence of dust in the air reduces the intensity of sunlight at sea level and reduces type a chlorophyll. dust also harms the quality of water resources and endangers the health of the plants and animals that use these waters. finally, the results show that the destructive effects of the dust affect the sustainability of the food system and can eventually lead to the migration of people living in that area.
