شناسایی و کاربست مولفه های اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه دانشگاهی در مسیر حرکت به سوی دانشگاه کارآفرین

سطح دانشگاه را می توان یک اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه در جهت توسعه کارآفرینی دانست که در آن ارتباط-های متقابلی میان کنشگران برقرار است. حرکت به سوی دانشگاه های کارآفرین به عنوان یک راهبرد مهم در ساختار و محتوای دانشگاهی محسوب می شود و دانشگاه کارآفرین، محصول تفکر اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه می باشد. رهیافت اکوسیستم، مطالعه فرضیه های رفتاری در چارچوب تعامل هایی است که بین افراد و محیطشان رخ می دهد. مبنای به کارگیری رهیافت اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه دانشگاهی، تفکر سیستمی است. در این پژوهش به منظور شناسایی و کاربست مولفه های اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه دانشگاهی با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda10، فرآیند کدگذاری صورت گرفت و مقوله های اصلی و فرعی استخراج شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مولفه های اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه در 12 دسته شامل ویژگی های کارآفرین دانشگاهی، سرمایه انسانی، شبکه های اجتماعی، محیط کارآفرینانه، منابع مالی، ویژگی های علمی، فنی و محصول، برنامه های حمایتی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی، سیاست ها و برنامه های ملی، مدیریت دانشگاه، شرکت های اقماری( زایشی) دانشگاهی، فعالیت دانشگاه و نتایج سرمایه معنوی( فکری) دانشگاه می باشد. مباحث مطرح شده در این مطالعه، بیان گر ابعاد نهادی، ملزومات ساختاری و استلزامات سیاستی برای ایفای نقش توسعه ای دانشگاه ها در پیشبرد توسعه دانایی محور می-باشد. با به کارگیری دیدگاه سیستمی، ریشه بسیاری از مشکلات کارآفرینی مشخص می گردد و با شناسایی قابل کنترل ترین اجزا و ساختارهای اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه، می توان راه حلی خلاقانه برای هدایت اکوسیستم به سمت مطلوب خود پیدا نمود.

identification and application of components of university based entrepreneurial ecosystem on the way to entrepreneur university

the university level can be seen as an entrepreneurial ecosystem for the development of entrepreneurship in which there is mutual interaction between the actors. moving to entrepreneurial universities as an important strategy in academic structure and content and entrepreneur university is a product of entrepreneurial ecosystem thinking. the ecosystem approach is the study of behavioural hypotheses in the context of interactions that occurs between individuals and their environment. the basis for applying the academic entrepreneurial ecosystem approach is systematic thinking. in this study, in order to identify and application the components of university-based entrepreneurial ecosystem on the path to entrepreneurship university, the coding process was performed using maxqda10 software and the main and sub-categories were extracted. the results showed that the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem were divided into 12 categories including characteristics of academic entrepreneurship, human capital, social networks, entrepreneurial environment, financial resources, scientific features, technical and product, academic entrepreneurship support programs, national policies and programs, university management, academic spin off/out companies, university activities and the results are the intellectual capital of the university. the topics discussed in this study illustrate the institutional dimensions, structural requirements, and policy implications for the developmental role of universities in promoting knowledge-based development. by applying a systematic perspective, many of the problems of entrepreneurship are identified, and by identifying the most manageable components and structures of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, a creative solution can be found to guide the ecosystem to its desired level.
