بررسی جایگاه واسطه‌ای دولت در بهبود سطح سلامت جامعه توسط شهروندان با رویکرد پویاشناسی سیستم‌ها

سلامت در سطح اجتماع معیار مهمی جهت تامین آرامش و ایجاد یک زندگی با کیفیت استاندارد می باشد و دولت نقش بسزایی در تعیین سطح آن دارد. از مهمترین عواملی که موفقیت و یا شکست سیاست‌های دولتی را در خصوص ارتقای سلامت جامعه ایفا می‌کند، مشارکت اجتماعی افراد جامعه است. از طرفی مشارکت شهروندان در امور مربوط به ارتقای سطح سلامت خود و جامعه و بهبود کیفیت زندگی، نیازمند توانمندسازی و ترغیب آنان به منظور مشارکت در امور عام‌المنفعه اجتماعی و پذیرش جایگاه و مسئولیت خود به عنوان عضوی از جامعه می باشد. باور ما این است که مسئولیت‌پذیری و مشارکت شهروندان و پیش قدم شدن در ارتقای سلامت جامعه از طریق حمایت موثر دولت و ایجاد بستر مناسب می‌تواند رخ دهد. در این پژوهش از طریق رویکرد سیستمی به مطالعه و تحلیل جایگاه دولت و چگونگی تاثیر تصمیمات آن در برانگیختن حس مسئولیت اجتماعی افراد و مشارکت فعال آنان در فعالیت‌های اجتماعی پرداخته و ارتباط بین علل تاثیرگذار را بررسی نموده‌ایم.

evaluation of government intermediary role in enhancing the public health through empowering citizens by employing system dynamics approach

health is an important criterion in providing peace and bringing a standard quality life, and government has an important role in its placement. social participation is one of the most important factors in determination of governmental politics’ success or failure. on the other hand, people’s participation in social and personal health improvement related affairs requires empowering and encouraging them to accept their position as a member of society and participant in public interest affairs. it’s our belief that providing suitable platform and governments effective support can lead to people’s responsibility and social participation at improving societies health. in this article we study and analyze government position and how their decision impact in people social responsibility and active participation in social activities by systemic approach and reviewed relations between effective factors.
