فرا ترکیب پویاشناسی نرم سیستمی (ssdm) چارچوب مداخله سیستمی در حل مسائل پیچیده سازمانی

طراحی چارچوب روش شناسی چندگانه همواره دغدغه بسیاری از پژوهشگران حوزه تحقیق در عملیات است که در جستجوی روش شناسی های سیستمی مکمل در موقعیت مداخله مسئله می باشد تا با تعیین ترکیب روش شناسی ها در استفاده هم زمان، ابعاد منطبق با موقعیت مسئله را پوشش دهند. پویاشناسی سیستم(sd) روش شناسی قدرتمندی برای تحلیل وضعیت پیچیده در جهان واقعی است، از آنجا که ابعادی در موقعیت مسائل پیچیده وجود دارد که پویایی سیستم را در مواجهه با پیچیدگی مورد انتقاد قرار می دهد، در این پژوهش به منظور ارائه چارچوب مداخله سیستمی در حل مسائل پیچیده سازمان ها در کشور، ابتدا قابلیت های روش شناسی پویایی سیستم و رویکردهای نرم سیستمی در هر یک از ابعاد مورد توافق موقعیت مسئله در ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی نشان داد ترکیب پویایی سیستم (sd) و روش شناسی تفکر نرم سیستمی (ssm)، ابعاد مسائل سازمانی را در موقعیت-های پیچیده با فرض سطح قدرت یکسان ذینفعان درگیر مسئله به خوبی پوشش می دهد. بنابراین پس از بررسی محدودیت اصلی روش شناسی های (sd) و (ssm) در موقعیت های پیچیده، چگونگی غلبه بر محدودیت ها با فراترکیب خلاقانه پویاشناسی نرم سیستمی (ssdm)، نشان داده شد. پس از آن چارچوب ده مرحله ای این روش شناسی ارائه گردید.

designing the multi-methodology framework has always been a concern of many researchers in the field of operations research who are looking for complementary systematic methodologies at the point of issue intervention to determine the dimensions consistent with the combination of methodologies used at the same time that cover the position of the issue. system dynamics (sd) is a powerful methodology for analyzing complex real-world situations, since there are dimensions to the complexity of situations that criticize system dynamics in the face of complexity, in this study in order to present the framework of systemic intervention in solving complex problems of organizations in iran, first, the systematic methodological capabilities of system dynamics and soft system methodology in each of the agreed dimensions of problem situation in iran were examined. the results showed that the combination of system dynamics (sd) and soft system methodology (ssm) well covers the dimensions of organizational problems in complex situations assuming the same power level of the stakeholders involved. thus, after examining the major limitations of methodologies (sd) and (ssm) in complex situations, it was shown how to overcome the limitations with the creative multimethodology of soft system dynamics (ssdm). a ten-step framework for this methodology was then presented.
