بکارگیری روشی ترکیبی از تحقیق در عملیات نرم و سخت در راستای شناسایی ابعاد تاب آوری زنجیره تامین و بررسی اثرات آن ها بر یکدیگر مورد مطالعه:شرکت صنعتی لاما الکترونیک

این مقاله بر شناسایی ابعاد تاب آوری زنجیره تامین تمرکز دارد. در این پژوهش ابتدا با مرور ادبیات و بهره گیری از نظرات خبرگان ابعاد تاب آوری زنجیره تامین و مولفه های آن شناسایی گردید.در بین آن ها موثرترین ابعاد و عوامل انتخاب و مدلسازی بر اساس آن ها صورت گرفت. سپس مدل بر اساس رویکرد تلفیقی روش شناسی سیستم های نرم و روش دیمتل ایجاد گردید. علاوه بر آن، بین مدل ایجاد شده و دنیای واقعی مقایسه ای صورت گرفت. بر اساس این مقایسه تغییراتی جهت بهبود وضعیت سازمان مورد مطالعه به لحاظ تاب آوری زنجیره تامین شناسایی و بعد از آن راه کارهایی به منظور پر کردن شکاف بین وضعیت موجود و مدل ایجاد شده ارائه گردید. روایی مدل با توجه به نظرات خبرگان بررسی و تایید گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که ابعاد استواری و چابکی عوامل اثر گذار و بیشترین تاثیر را بر سایر ابعاد دارد. از طرفی بعد ناب بودن بیشترین اثرپذیری را دارد. علاوه بر آن در بعد چابکی عوامل شفافیت و سطح همکاری عوامل اثرگذار و عامل انطباق پذیری جزء عوامل اثر پذیر می باشند. در بعد انعطاف پذیری، تامین منعطف عامل اثر گذار و انعطاف پذیری فرآیند و توزیع جزء عوامل اثر پذیر می-باشند. همچنین در بعد ناب بودن، کارایی عامل اثر گذار و ظرفیت عامل اثر پذیر عنوان شد. در بعد استواری نیز، عامل قابلیت رویت عامل اثر گذار و پیش بینی عامل اثر پذیر می باشد.

this paper focuses on identifying the dimensions of supply chain resilience. in this study, firstly, by reviewing the literature and using the experts' opinions, the dimensions of supply chain resilience and its components were identified. then the model was developed based on the combined approach of soft systems methodology and demtel method. in addition, comparisons were made between the created model and the real world. based on this comparison, changes to improve the status of the organization under study were identified in terms of supply chain resilience, and then solutions were provided to fill the gap between the existing situation and the created model . the validity of the model was verified according to expert opinions. the results of this study show that robustness and agility have the most influence on other dimensions. in addition, in terms of agility, transparency and cooperation level are the effective factors and the adaptability factor is the impressionable factor. in the flexibility dimension, the distribution and speed are the effective factors and the flexibility of the process and supply are the impressionable factors. also in terms of leanness,performance was mentionedand as the affective factor and capacity as the impressionable factor. in the robustness dimension, the visibility is the effective factor and prediction was considered as the impressionable factor
