مروری بر مسئله اعتماد در اقتصاد مشارکتی و تاثیر تکنولوژی بلاکچین بر آن

به اشتراک گذاشتن، مصرف اشتراکی و مبادلات از سالیان دور در زندگی انسان ها وجود داشته است و با ظهور کامپیوتر، اینترنت، فناوری اطلاعات و در نهایت اقتصاد مشارکتی، مفهوم مصرف اشتراکی و مبادلات مربوط به آن به کلی دگرگون شده اند. امروزه برای انجام معاملات، خرید کالا، دریافت خدمات و... تامین کنندگان بسیار زیادی وجود دارند که شاید تا به حال اسم آن ها را هم نشنیده باشیم و هیچ اعتمادی به نام تجاری، کالا یا خدمات آن ها نداشته باشیم. در اینجا نیاز به نهاد واسطی به وجود می آید که موظف به بررسی تامین کننده ی مربوطه بپردازد و از کیفیت و امنیت کالا و خدمات تامین شده و از پرداخت مشتری به او اطمینان حاصل کند. اما وجود این نهادهای واسط زمان و هزینه دریافت خدمات و کالاها را به شدت بالا می برند و مسئله دیگری که در اینجا مطرح می شود اینست که چگونه می توان به خود این نهادهای ارزیابی کننده اعتماد کرد؟ بنابراین می بینیم که امروزه کسب و کارها به سمت حذف این نهادهای واسط پیش رفته و پلتفرم های ارائه خدمات p2p یا فرد به فرد را بوجود آورده اند. با این وجود همچنان چالش اعتماد برای این پلتفرم ها از بین نرفته و هر دو طرفین معامله با یک میزان از ریسک مواجه هستند. متقاضی دریافت کالا و خدمات با ریسک کیفیت و امنیت کالا یا خدمت دریافتی و ارائه کننده خدمت با ریسک دریافت حق الزحمه و... مواجه هستند. در این پژوهش به بررسی این پلتفرم ها، چالش های موجود در رابطه با آن ها و تکنولوژی بلاکچین بعنوان راه حلی برای توزیع ارزش خلق شده از مبادلات و معاملات، کاهش عدم اعتماد و چالش های موجود در پلتفرم های اقتصاد مشارکتی می پردازیم. تکنولوژی بلاکچین به دلیل ویژگی هایی که دارد شامل: پایگاه داده ی توزیع شده، ارتباط شخص به شخص، شفافیت، غیر قابل تغییر بودن تراکنش های ثبت شده و منطق محاسباتی، به میزان زیادی نیاز به ایجاد اعتماد و شناخت بین طرفین در معاملات را کاهش می دهد و می تواند در کاهش چالش های موجود در پلتفرم های اقتصاد مشارکتی بسیار موثر باشد.

a literature review on the issue of trust in sharing economies and the impact of blockchain technology on trust

for many years, sharing, collaborative consumption and exchanges have existed in human life; by the emergence of computers, internet, information technology and, ultimately, sharing economies, the concept of collaborative consumption and its associated transactions has changed completely. there are so many suppliers today for trading, buying goods, receiving services, and so on which we may not even have heard of their names and have no trust in their brand, product or services. thus, there would be a need for an intermediary to evaluate the supplier, ensure the quality and safety of its provided goods and services and to ensure that the customer pays their costs. but the existence of these intermediary entity greatly increases the time and cost of receiving services and goods, and the other question raised here is how can we trust to these assessment units? so we can see that businesses are moving toward eliminating these intermediary entities and developing p2p or peer-2-peer platforms. however, the challenge of trust for these platforms remains unsolved and both parties face some amount of risk in the transaction. the demander is at risk of quality and safety of the received goods or services and the supplier is at risk of receiving fees, costs, etc. this study investigates these platforms, the related challenges and blockchain technology as a solution to distribute the value created in transactions, reducing the mistrust and challenges of the sharing economy platforms. due to its characteristics including: distributed database, peer-2-peer communication, transparency, immutability of recorded transactions and computational logic, blockchain technology is able to reduce the need for existence of trust and acquaintance between parties and can be very effective in mitigating the challenges of sharing economy platforms.
