تاثیر انعطاف پذیری و یکپارچگی فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمان باتوجه به نقش نوآوری سازمانی

یکی از مهمترین قابلیت‌های سازمانی که منجر به ایجاد برتری رقابتی پایدار در عرصه کسب و کار می‌شود، قابلیت نوآوری است. از این رو سازمان‌ها در پی کشف و یافتن ساز و کاری برای ایجاد، استقرار و نهادینه سازی قابلیت نوآوری در سازمان‌شان هستند، که این کار البته مستلزم شناخت عوامل اثرگذار بر این قابلیت مهم است. در این شرایط رقابتی نیاز به روش هایی که سازمان توسط آن قادر به ارائه محصولات خود در هر شرایط وبا هر تغییری باشد را اجتناب ناپذیر می کند. یک سیستم انعطاف پذیر و یکپارچه که بر پایه فناوری اطلاعات باشد می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در هموار کردن مسیر پیشرفت یک سازمان باشد. در این راستا، هدف از این تحقیق تاثیر انعطاف پذیری و یکپارچگی فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمان باتوجه به نقش نوآوری سازمانی بوده است. روش تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و پیمایشی بوده است.جامعه آماری تحقیق را کارکنان و مدیران شرکت خودروسازی زامیاد تشکیل داده‌اند که در یک نمونه 249 نفره به پرسشنامه استاندارد تحقیق با 34 سوال پاسخ گفته‌اند. برای آزمون فرضیات از روش معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزارamos بهره برده شده است. نتایج نشان داده است نقش نوآوری سازمانی در تاثیر گذاری انعطاف پذیری و یکپارچگی فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمان مثبت و معنی دار می باشد.

the impact of flexibility and integration of information technology on organizational performance based on the role of enterprise innovation

one of the most important organizational capabilities that leads to a sustainable competitive edge in business is innovation. hence, organizations are seeking to discover and find the mechanism for creating, deploying and institutionalizing the innovation capabilities of their organization, which, of course, involves understanding the factors that affect this important feature. in these competitive conditions, it is inevitable that the organization will be able to provide its products in any circumstances with any change. an it-based flexible and integrated system can have a significant effect on the smooth development of an organization s path. in this regard, the purpose of this research was to influence the flexibility and integrity of information technology on the performance of the organization in terms of the role of organizational innovation. the research method was applied and descriptive and survey. the statistical population of the research was composed of employees and managers of zamyad automobile company. in a sample of 249 people, the standard questionnaire of the research was answered with 34 questions. to test the hypothesis, the structural equation method has been used with amos software. the results show that the role of organizational innovation in influencing the flexibility and integrity of information technology on organizational performance is positive and significant.
