شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت اینترنت اشیا در حوزه بهداشت و درمان

اینترنت اشیا پدیده‌ای روبه رشد است که با سرعت بالایی در تمام دنیا درحال فراگیرشدن است. یکی از زمینه‌هایی که اینترنت اشیا در آن بسیار موثر خواهد بود حوزه‌ی بهداشت و درمان است. تاثیر اینترنت اشیا در حوزه بهداشت ودرمان از سایر حوزه‌ها بسیار بیشتر و احیاناً حیاتی‌تر خواهد بود. برای اجرای اثربخش هر سیستمی نیاز به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آن سیستم می‌باشد. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت پیاده‌سازی اینترنت اشیا در حوزه بهداشت و درمان می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و دارای رویکرد کمی می باشد. پژوهش از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. به منظور شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت پیاده‌سازی اینترنت اشیا با مرور ادبیات مهم‌ترین عوامل استخراج شدند، سپس به نظرسنجی از خبرگان پرداخته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش افراد خبره در حوزه فناوری اینترنت اشیا می‌باشند که با روش نمونه گیری قضاوتی (هدفمند) تعداد 62 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه می‌باشد که پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن با بهره‌گیری از روایی محتوا مورد تایید قرار گرفت. از آزمون تی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss برای تایید یا رد ابعاد و شاخص‌های پژوهش استفاده شد که یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که تمامی ابعاد و شاخص‌ها تایید شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عوامل کلیدی موفقیت اینترنت اشیا عبارتند از: عوامل مالی، عوامل انسانی، عوامل امنیتی، عوامل قانونی، زیرساخت‌ها و حمایت مدیریت ارشد.

identifying the key success factors of internet of things (iot) in healthcare

the internet of things (iot) is a fast-growing phenomenon that is sweeping the world. one of the areas in which iot would be most effective is the healthcare sector. the impact of iot in health care treatment would be far greater and ultimately more significant than any other sectors. effective implementation of any system requires identifying the factors affecting it. therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the key factors for successful implementation of iot in the healthcare sector. this study is an applied research in terms of purpose and is a quantitative research approach. the study is a descriptive survey in terms of data collection. in order to identify the key factors for the success of iot implementation, the most important factors were extracted by reviewing the literature, and then an expert survey was conducted. the statistical population of the study consists of 62 experts in the field of iot technology who were selected by purposive sampling method. the data collection tool is a questionnaire, reliability of which is confirmed by cronbach s alpha and its validity by content validity. t-test was performed using spss software to confirm or reject the dimensions and research indices. findings showed that all the dimensions and indices were confirmed. results showed that the most important key elements of iot success are: financial factors, human factors, security factors, legal factors, infrastructure and senior management support.
