بهبود فرایند نگهداری و تعمیرات در صنایع نفت و گاز با استفاده از استاندارد مدلسازی bpmn

در طول این سالها ، شرکتها از طریق بهبود و بهینهسازی فرایندهای کسب و کار بدون افت بهره وری ، کیفیت و زمان پاسخ دهی ، مزیتی رقابتی برای خود ایجاد کرده اند. از زمان انقلاب صنعتی تکنیکهای مدیریت فرایند، بطور مداوم رشد کرده اند، از توصیف فرایند و مدیریت گردشکار تا بهبود فرایند و مهندسی مجدد تا مدیریت فرایند کسب و کار امروزی. به صورت پیش فرض کلیه امور یک سازمان در قالب یک سری فرایندها در حال اجرا میباشد ، ولیکن از کیفیت لازم و موثر برخوردار نمیباشند ، هدف از این تحقیق بهبود فرایند نگهداری و تعمیرات با استفاده از استاندارد مدلسازی bpmn در سکوهای گازی دریایی شرکت نفت و گاز پارس عسلویه میباشد. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی همسبتگی میباشد. زیرا علاوه بر توصیف وضع موجود به آزمون فرضیهها برحسب روابط مبتنی بر پیش بینی با استفاده از استاندارد مدلسازی bpmn میپردازد. و از آنجا که نتایج آن مورد استفاده شرکت نفت و گاز پارس عسلویه قرار میگیرد کاربردی میباشد. در این پژوهش ابتدا فرایندهای (اصلی و فرعی) نگهداری و تعمیرات جاری سازمان، شناسایی و پس از استاندارد سازی توسط مدلسازی bpmn مورد ارزیابی و بهینه سازی قرار میگیرد. ، نتایج این تحقیق بیانگر این است که اصلاح فرایندها بر پایه ی استانداردها، نقش مهم و اساسی در کاهش مدت زمان و هزینه فرایند داشته و در نهایت موجب بهبود عملکرد سازمان میگردد.

over the years, companies have created a competitive advantage through improving and optimizing business processes without sacrificing productivity, quality and response time. since the industrial revolution, process management techniques have continuously grown, from process description and workflow management to process improvement and reengineering to current business process management. by default, all of the affairs of an organization are running in the form of a series of processes, but they are not of a qualitative and effective nature. , the main objective of this research is to improve the maintenance process using the bpmn modeling standard on the marine gas platforms of pars oil & gas co. in asalouyeh. this research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of the method of conducting the research, it is an appropriateness. because in addition to describing the status quo, it tests hypotheses based on predictive relationships using the bpmn modeling standard. and since its results are used by the pars assaluyeh oil and gas company, it is applicable. in this research, first, the processes (main and sub) of current maintenance and repairs of the organization are identified and then standardized by bpmn modeling is evaluated and optimized, the results of this study indicate that reforming standards-based processes plays a major role in reducing time and cost of the process, and ultimately improve the performance of the organization.
