بحران های امنیتی و نقش مدیریت در کارکردهای آن

این پژوهش در نظر دارد رابطه بین اطلاعات و کارکرد های اطلاعات در مدیریت بحران های امنیتی با هدف رسیدن به شرایط مطلوب بررسی نماید. در عصر حاضر دنیای خالی از تشنج وجود خارجی ندارد. جهان برای رسیدن به پیشرفت و دانش های فزآینده و تسخیر مرزهای دانش همچنان تلاش خود را شدت می بخشد، این شدت به طور طبیعی در مسیر خود با چالش ها و رویدادهای طبیعی و سیاسی امنیتی روبرو شد، که پیامدهای آن همان طور که طی سال های قبل مشاهده شده، زندگی بشر را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. از این رو پیش بینی محیطی امن و توام با آرامش مطلق غیر ممکن خواهد بود، با این حال تلاش انسان بر این است که این محیط امن را ایجاد نماید. مدیریت بحران مختص یک موضوع و یا یک پدیده خاص نیست، مدیریت بحران علمی از مدیریت است که با هدف کنترل عوامل اثرگذار در روند اداره عادی مدیریت به کمک سامانه مدیریتی آمده و تلاش دارد تا شرایط را به وضعیت عادی برگرداند. کارکردهای مدیریت بحران های امنیتی مستلزم اتخاذ روش مناسبی است، که در مولفه های مدیریت بحران نیز وجود دارد که هر کدام به تنهایی یا به صورت ترکیبی در روند اداره بحران تاثیر تاثیر دارد که یکی از مهمترین آنها اطلاعات است.یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که شناخت و درک کارکردها و علل بروز بحران های امنیتی و شناسایی راه های مدیریتی مقابله با آن و تصمیم سازی در مواجه با بحران ها، ضمن آنکه فهم جامع تری از محیط را فراهم می سازد.

this research intends to examine the relationship between information and information functions in managing security crises with the goal of achieving desirable conditions. in today s world, there is no world without seizure. the world to achieve progress increasing knowledge and conquering the boundaries of knowledge continue to intensify their efforts, this intensity naturally encountered natural and political security and security challenges and events, whose consequences, as observed in previous years, are human life has been affected. hence, the prediction of a safe and peaceful environment will be impossible, however, human effort is to create this secure environment. crisis management is not a specific topic or phenomenon, management management crisis management is to control the effective factors in the normal management process with the help of the management system and try to bring the situation back to normal. the functions of managing security crises require the adoption of a proper methodology, which also has the components of crisis management, each of which alone or in combination, has an impact on the management of the crisis, one of the most important of which is information. the findings of the present study indicate identifying and understanding the functions and causes of security crises, identifying ways to manage them and addressing crises, while providing a more comprehensive understanding of the environment.
