شناسایی چالش‌های پیاده‌سازی فناوری بلاک‌چین در حوزه بهداشت و درمان

امروزه از فناوری بلاک‌چین، به‌عنوان یک فناوری انقلابی یاد می‌شود که پتانسیل تغییر‏ در بسیاری از صنایع به خصوص در صنعت بهداشت و درمان خواهد داشت. فناوری بلاکچین نوع جدید و خاصی از شبکه اینترنتی است که محیطی شفاف و غیر قابل دستکاری را جهت ذخیره داده ها فراهم می کند . بلاکچین از طریق ایجاد امکان توزیع اطلاعات دیجیتال بدون کپی کردن آن، رکوردی از اطلاعات را ایجاد می کند که در آن اطلاعات مختلف به صورت بلوک‌های هم شکل طبقه‌بندی می‌شوند. علی رغم اینکه فناوری بلاکچین از پتانسیل بالایی جهت ثبت و توزیع اطلاعات و حفاظت از روابط دیجیتال برخوردار است، با بسیاری از چالش های فنی نیز روبرو است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‌های پیاده سازی فناوری بلاک‌چین در حوزه بهداشت و درمان می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و دارای رویکرد کمی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 32 نفر از افراد خبره در حوزه فناوری بلاک‌چین می‌باشد که با روش نمونه گیری قضاوتی (هدفمند) به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه می‌باشد که پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن بهره‌گیری از روایی محتوا مورد تایید قرار گرفت. از آزمون علامت برای تایید یا رد ابعاد و شاخص‌ها استفاده شد که تمامی ابعاد و شاخص‌ها تایید شدند. مهم‌ترین چالش‌های شناسایی شده عبارتند از: چالش‌های حوزه قوانین و مقررات، چالش‌های توسعه پروتکل‌ها، سازوکارها و رمزنگاری، امنیت و حفظ حریم خصوصی، جدید بودن و عدم بلوغ فناوری، معماری و مدیریت توسعه نرم افزار، زیرساخت های پردازشی شبکه و مقیاس پذیری، چالش‌های مدیریتی و چالش‌های مالی.

identifying the challenges of implementing blockchain technology in the healthcare sector

today, blockchain technology is referred to as a revolutionary technology that has the potential to change many industries, especially the healthcare industry. blockchain technology is a new and unique type of internet network providing a transparent and non-manipulable environment for storing data. blockchain creates a record of information making it possible to distribute digital information without copying it, in which different information is categorized as uniform blocks. although blockchain technology has the potential to record and distribute information and protect digital relationships, it faces many technical challenges. the purpose of the present study is to identify the challenges of implementing blockchain technology in healthcare. this research is an applied research study in terms of purpose, and quantitative research with descriptive and survey in terms of nature. the statistical population of the study consists of 32 experts in the field of blockchain technology who were selected by purposive sampling method. the data collection tool is a questionnaire, reliability of which is confirmed by cronbach s alpha and its validity by content validity. the sign test was used to confirm or reject the dimensions and indices, in which all the dimensions and indices were confirmed. the most important identified challenges include: challenges in the field of regulation, protocol development challenges, mechanisms and encryption, security and privacy, novelty and immaturity of technology, software development architecture and management, network processing infrastructure and scalability, management challenges and financial challenges.
