بررسی فنی اقتصادی مکانیزاسیون معدن زغالسنگ پروده 5 طبس

عملیات استخراج زغالسنگ معدن پروده 5 به روش دستی سنتی انجام می­شود. هزینه­ های استخراج و قیمت تمام شده هر تن زغالسنگ استخراج شده زیاد است. با توجه به خصوصیات لایه زغالسنگ و قابلیت مکانیزایزاسیون کارگاه­ های استخراج معدن ضروری است به منظور افزایش راندمان و کاهش هزینه ­ها، سیستم مکانیزه جایگزین روش فعلی گردد. در این تحقیق ابتدا وضعیت موجود از نقطه نظر اقتصادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و با بررسی پارامتر­های اقتصادی نظیر نرخ داخلی بازگشت سرمایه و ارزش خالص فعلی امکان مکانیزاسیون مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و ماشین آلات مناسب انتخاب می­شود. در ادامه امکان مکانیزاسیون از نظر اقتصادی باتوجه به ماشین آلات انتخاب شده و با استفاده از نرم افزار کامفار مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار می­گیرد. نتایج نشان می­دهد نرخ داخلی بازگشت سرمایه و ارزش خالص فعلی سیستم مکانیزه بیشتر از روش استخراج سنتی است. از روش مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق می­توان در بررسی فنی اقتصادی قابلیت مکانیزاسیون دیگر معادن کشور بهره برد.

technical-economic study of mechanization of parvadeh 5 tabas coal mine

the coal mining operations of parvadeh 5 mine are done by traditional manual method. extraction costs and the cost price of each ton of coal mined are high. due to the characteristics of the coal layer and the mechanization capability of mining workshops, it is necessary to replace the current method in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs. in this research, the current situation is examined from an economic point of view, and by examining economic parameters such as the internal rate of return on investment and the current net value, the possibility of mechanization is examined and appropriate machines are selected. then, the possibility of mechanization is economically selected according to the selected machines and analyzed using kamfar software. the results show that the internal rate of return on investment and the net present value of the mechanized system are higher than the traditional extraction method. the method studied in this research can be used in the technical and economic study of the mechanization capability of other mines in the country.
